"We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!"

"Room cleanliness was mid. AC was not on when I checked in and it was alr got so checking into a humid room was not the best feeling. The room also didn't smell the best maybe because of the humidity. toilet was filled with the little insects and had mold around the silicone area. The hair dryer had a layer of dust and even the clothes in the cupboard as well was not looking the cleanest. They also made a mistake when they gavw me my card it didn't work the first time so I couldn't go up and had to make my way with my luggages to the front desk again to get it fixed when I was already sweating so much from the heat and they were taking quite a long time at the front desk. I guess the good park is the free coffee that they give a voucher for and also the free laundry where they provided colour catchers as well. Staffs were nice."

The only minor drawback was the absence of bath towels in the bathroom, but this doesn't stop it from being a highly recommended accommodation option in the area. 1. Facilities and Amenities: 9.2/10 The apartment's hardware is its biggest highlight, perfectly meeting the need for a 'ready-to-move-in' convenience. Appliances like the air conditioner, washing machine, and refrigerator are all newer models. The air conditioner cools quickly and operates quietly, so noise wasn't an issue at night. The washing machine has a drying function, which means clothes washed during the rainy season can be dry in half a day, saving the hassle of hanging them to dry. The furniture also shows no obvious signs of wear; the desk is spacious, and the sofa is soft, making it comfortable for both work and relaxation. Especially noteworthy is the bathroom's wet/dry separation design, complete with an anti-slip mat in the shower area and a mirrored storage cabinet above the vanity, keeping it tidy and uncluttered and greatly enhancing the living experience. 2. View and Lighting: 9.0/10 The room's view and natural lighting far exceeded expectations. The south-facing window has no tall buildings blocking it, so during the day, opening the window reveals the bustling streetscape of the Huaqiangbei area. Sunlight floods the room, making it exceptionally bright even without turning on the lights, and giving the interior a wonderfully airy feel. In the evening, the lights of distant buildings gradually come on, offering a sense of urban life without the disturbance of traffic noise from below. Relaxing by the window after a day's work was incredibly pleasant. 3. Detail Services: 7.0/10 The convenient location goes without saying; it's within a 10-minute walk to Huaqiangbei subway station and the electronics market. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and breakfast shops, making daily errands and commuting very hassle-free. However, the only downside is the lack of bath towels in the bathroom. I had to use my own small towel as a temporary solution, which might be inconvenient for travelers who forgot their towels or seek ultimate convenience. If basic toiletries like bath towels could be provided in the future, the attention to detail would be even better. Overall Review All in all, Fengyu Apartment, with its excellent facilities, open views, and convenient location, is very suitable for those visiting Huaqiangbei for business trips or extended stays. If you don't mind bringing your own bath towel, this is a premium choice that balances comfort and convenience, and its 8.5 rating is well-deserved."

"The room is clean and big and new. There are a lot of nice food around the hotel and the shui wei night market is just right below. The drinks in the fridge are comolimentary. What i like is their laundry servide which is free of charge. The front desk staff are very helpful guiding me how to order food delivery to hotel. The only improvement is when i got the room there is smoking smell but the hotel staff very quickly work on to remove the smell. The hotel breakfast also kinda good spread. The best deal is there is supper every night and is also complimentary."

"Our recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei was absolutely wonderful and full of thoughtful touches that made it truly memorable. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband’s early birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging our room for the occasion. It was such a warm and personal gesture that made us feel incredibly special and appreciated. Special thanks to the amazing front desk team—Tina, Luna, and Lily—who were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made a lasting impression. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Huaqiangbei, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Yannan MRT station is just less than 100 meters away from the hotel. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options every morning. The hotel staff were also very helpful in receiving parcels on our behalf and the housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and comfortable each day."

"My friends and I stayed at this hotel again on our recent visit to the area. After dropping off our bags, we tried to find a massage shop but got a bit lost. We asked the front desk, and they gave us incredibly detailed directions. The location is extremely convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to Excellence Center and Huangting Plaza. There are also plenty of convenient dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean, the air conditioning was strong and effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Definitely recommended! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen."
