I originally chose the hotel because of the brand Lavande. I have stayed at Lavande in other places in the past and I am quite satisfied with it. However, this time my stay was average. There was a smell as soon as I entered the room. The smell of the air conditioner that had been on for a long time was still there, and the carpet Not very clean (I heard from the front desk that we booked a special room, so maybe that's it). The most annoying thing is that after the lights flashed in the early morning, the air conditioner stopped cooling. In this weather, I was sweating all night without air conditioning and couldn't sleep at all... This stay is really very satisfied! The location of the hotel is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was efficient, and the room type was upgraded intimately.
