"I've stayed in Citadines in France before. But it was first time staying this hotel in China. Except there were no stove and cooking tools, other things were great as expected. I especially loved the strong shower and was impressed by the staff named Herman who was very kind to call a taxi for me. I'll definately stay here again."

"The hotel is located in the Xixiaolu historical district. The front desk lady, the housekeeper Xiao Wang, and the security uncle are all very enthusiastic in service. The mattress is comfortable, the room has an air purifier, it is clean and tidy, and there is free midnight snack at night. The experience is good. Nearby attractions include Yangming's former residence, the Yellow Wine Museum, and Shaoxing Hotel. It is very comfortable to walk along the river at night and see the night view."

"Shaoxing is so undervalued in the Jiannan area. If you can tolerate the scent of stinky tofu, you would enjoy the leisure time at Shaoxing. This holiday inn located in the old town area is by the side of water channel within 2min of walks to the stone streets. Perfect location for citywalkers. Their friendly staffs, Dongzhi, Qiufen and Jingzhe will help you to pick up your luggage and communicate with you through WeChat (the Chinese version of WhatsApp). We will come back to this place in the future. BTW. Their cat, namely Rich, is friendly and lovely too. Purring and squeezing eyes to travelers is her special talent! 🥰"

"Caution to foreigners. During my first stay, I encountered a series of bewildering issues. Firstly, the hotel's internal communication seemed to be lost in a labyrinth, leading to a phone call after my reservation, stating uncertainty about accommodating foreign guests and ultimately requesting me to cancel my booking. Seeking assistance from the Travel Company, I navigated through discussions and verifications, only to receive a contradictory assurance from the hotel that foreign guests were indeed welcome. Upon arrival, the front desk manager surprisingly denied our check-in, creating a scene reminiscent of a comedic drama. It took a resolute stance on my part for her to begin processing the check-in, a time-consuming endeavor that left me in a rather disgruntled state for 30 minutes. However, the unsettling surprises didn't end there; the staff's lack of honesty was truly astonishing. Initially reserving a deluxe room, I attempted to utilize my room-upgrade privilege through the travel company, seeking an upgrade to a business suite or other room type. The hotel manager categorically stated that the business suite was unavailable, a claim that vanished into thin air when I later found available business suites on other booking platforms. This lack of integrity left me feeling deceived, thankfully resolved through negotiations with the travel company's customer service, which successfully reinstated my room-upgrade privilege. Breakfast became an unexpected battleground. Despite arriving at 8:50 in the morning, many food options had already been 'captured,' resembling a competitive breakfast marathon. To summarize, the hotel boasts a prime location and satisfactory amenities, yet its service quality falls far short of expectations. For foreign guests, a stay at this establishment may lead to a considerable waste of time and even negatively impact their mood. Consequently, I hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, hoping that my experience might provide some assistance."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The environment is very good, the room is very large, the equipment is very new, and the hotel decoration is also luxurious. "Today I want to share with you the Qiyu Taoran Hotel located next to the hometown of Lu Xun in Shaoxing. I happened to stay here when visiting Shaoxing. Its location is really good! It's very close to Lu Xun's hometown and Cangqiao Straight Street, and the nearby streets are very unique and full of literary and artistic atmosphere. It's really suitable for living when traveling. The style is relatively young and technological, and you will feel its difference when you walk in. The facilities in the room are also quite complete, with a 100-inch giant screen projection, sensor lighting and fully automatic curtains. It was a very comfortable stay. 0 The hotel also has robots to help deliver groceries, which is very convenient. You can enjoy a moment of tranquility here. There is a laundry room and a gym that can meet various needs. The bedding is also very comfortable."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. Within walking distance or a short taxi ride, you can find restaurants complex/shopping malls. Its also fairly close to major tourist attractions. Our room is very comfortable and spacious. What made our stay exceptionally pleasant is the staff here. Overall staff are very helpful, but our highlight is a staff called miss Dai. Our trip to the city of Shao Xing was rather a last minute one, so we didn't really know of the things are. Miss Dai, from the breakfast area, was very helpful when we asked her for advice. We were very happy with her recommendation."

I used to stay in Tianma, and since last year, I have basically stayed in Wyndham. This hotel opened in 23 years. For such a new hotel, why are the room decoration and facilities so old? They are basically the decoration style and facilities from 15 years ago. The bed is not comfortable. I didn’t sleep well all night. I wanted to try this hotel, and decisively changed to Wyndham the next day. 1. Service: It's really super good, much better than Wyndham, and even comparable to Marriott and Hilton. The front desk staff, Xiao Meng and Xiao Zhao, are super nice. They upgraded me to a large room for free. 2. Facilities: Except for the large room and cheap price (I finally know why it's cheap), nothing else is good. It's really too old, and it feels like a hotel more than ten years ago. This is the first time I've seen wallpaper in a five-star hotel. The others are wall cloths and background boards. If it doesn't work, you can just whitewash it like Wyndham. The wallpaper is really cliché. 3. Bedding: The pillow is duck down pillow. Although it's not goose down, it's not bad (it's strange that there is no five-star hotel in Keqiao with goose down pillows). The mattress is really too hard. I don't like Xilinmen very much. The one I use at home is King Koil, which is soft. I don't like hard mattresses. It may be my personal reason. Friends who like hard beds should like this one very much. 4. Bathroom: The basin toilet is Braun, and the shower is Grohe. They are all big brands with a large amount of water, which is very good. 5. Breakfast: Not to mention that there are too few varieties, it's super unpalatable. But overall, the price is not expensive and it is quite reasonable. Let me say again that although the hotel is very low-end, the service is really good. I will give it five stars so as not to lower your total score."

"Well located for Indian travelers as it is close to the Indian restaurants but the hotel has now become old although some rooms have been renovated but some are still the same old ones so if you are lucky to get the new renovated rooms then your stay experience should be good but if you get the old ones then your experience will be nothing but average.also found a cockroach in my room on the day when I was suppose to leave which means that they need to work on their cleanliness."
