"Overall a fairly decent hotel. Very local oriented, no international foods. Be prepared to be conversant in mandarin. But the service staff are very helpful and attentive. If you ended up staying here, you’re most likely either on a group tour or for business as an overseas travel. It’s close proximity to some local shops and food so still not too secluded, even though they are situated at the newer area of town. If I come back for business, I will consider to stay here once more. Only issue was the fitness centre was closed. They should rectify it asap, as it was rather disappointing not to have the chance to use it. The covenience mini store located at the lobby is a bit helpful for any simple basic things needed."

"This hotel is the most comfortable hotel to live in Shangqiu. The location is very convenient. It is available by train, taxi, and Xiaohuang Gate. There is a snack street in two or three minutes. There is a variety of food. There is a Zhenghui next to it. Wanda did not go, because it is already full and can't walk. I heard that the ancient city of Shangqiu is planned in the center. I hope that I can plan it next time. I can have another place to stroll. The Vulcan Terrace is not bad. The little brother at the front desk recommended it. The source of the fire. This hotel is very good. The service is very warm and clean. Going out and paying attention to comfort, stay here next time!"

"The hotel is clean and really close to Wanda which was perfect for us. The check in was fast and the room was exactly how they are shown in the pictures. Great room! I didn’t give it a 5 because their breakfast is terrible. There wasn’t even an option to have an omelette or cereal. Not even bread with jam. There was just some smelly vegetable and some noodles."

The room service was so good that even the clothes we threw on the sofa were folded. This was really a surprise for us two lazy bums throughout the whole process. It is a no-contact room with a small refrigerator. It is really suitable for staying in summer. It is located on the third floor of Jianye Headquarters Harbor. The location is very good and I will stay here again in the future! My family can rest assured

GGuest UserService is very good, staff friendly. Breakfast good. Suggestions well respected. Request to send us to bullet train station, they only charge a nominal fee, no surcharge. Free pickup from the station also. The car trunk is pretty big.
Washing machine and drier, iron pad, small gym also. Facilities are well above the normal three star hotel. The hotel is humble and ready to take suggestions for improvement. The only pity is there is no tower hanger in toilet. All others are good.

Say hello to all the waiters when you come in, as well as the cleaners and doormen when you see them; 2. 房間特別乾淨，床軟乎乎的，晚上睡得特香。浴室空間大，熱水來得快，洗個澡渾身都舒坦。
服務也挺好，不管是前台還是客房服務員，説話都客客氣氣的，有啥需求很快就幫着解決了。早餐種類特別多，想吃啥基本都能找着，味道也不錯。
位置也很好，酒店旁邊就有個吾悦廣場，走路就可以過去了，非常方便，退房前台小羅還詢問入住體驗給送了小禮品，服務很熱情啊，下次有機會還來。推薦
