"A returning guest. Last time I stayed, I got an upgrade, but not this time. However, for some reason, my sleep quality was excellent; it's a very comfortable hotel. The decor is on the darker side, but the facilities aren't old. The shower pressure is good, and the hairdryer is a newer, high-speed Laifen model. The buckwheat pillow provides excellent support, and the recliner is also quite comfortable. There are even glasses cleaning wipes in the drawer, which shows that it's a hotel with great attention to detail in its management. There were a lot of guests staying there."

"My stay at Sorl Bund Hotel in Rui’an, Wenzhou was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the professionalism of the staff. Every member of the team, including the housekeeping staff, was incredibly well-mannered and helpful — and in a rare display of genuine hospitality, they didn’t accept any tips, which truly reflects their integrity and service culture.
The rooms are spacious at 40 sqm, offering plenty of comfort and a lovely view from the window. It’s also conveniently located with a McDonald’s right next door, which came in handy for quick meals.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rui’an. Clean, courteous, and convenient — I gladly give them 5 stars"

"Absolutely love this hotel. Originally I was booked in elsewhere but quickly found out it was unsuitable. So a quick check online here soon resolved it. Best choice I’ve made. Staff is friendly, it’s clean. The beds are so comfortable. The room very modern. Lots of amenities within the hotel. I will definitely book here again"

"As family rooms were unavailable, we booked a twin room instead. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, a rarity for an economy hotel. The hotel's front desk staff were also exceptionally friendly. The restaurant offered a rich variety of food, and most dishes were delicious, with the exception of the sausages and bacon.
The 'Tang-style' welcome tea service during check-in was a lovely touch.
The hotel is conveniently located just two to three hundred meters from the high-speed train station, making it a very short and easy walk.
My only 'cons' are that I was quite surprised to find an ashtray in the room, though I suppose this might be a local custom. Upon entering, there was a faint, lingering smell of smoke. While the room felt very clean, the scent seemed to have deeply permeated the space. My family barely noticed it, so perhaps I'm just more sensitive. Secondly, the toilet seat wasn't as clean as I'd have liked, so I ended up wiping it down with an alcohol wipe myself.
Despite these minor points, all the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the overall stay was still very pleasant. It's an excellent choice for anyone traveling by train."

"We drove back to Shanghai from Xiamen on May Day. When we arrived in Ruian, we took a break and slept. We found that their price and room seemed good, so we chose them. If we were not disappointed, the hotel has free parking, which is very convenient. The room is newly renovated, clean and tidy, and there is a large projection TV, but unfortunately we were too tired to turn it on. There are restaurants opposite and nearby the hotel, mainly for supper. The front desk guy recommended us Ade BBQ, which tasted really good. It was a very satisfactory stay."

WWandering TouristThey kept asking me why I was staying there, but as every other hotel I’m here for a place to stay, the rooms smelled like cigarettes with cigarette burn marks. The AC doesn’t look clean it was abit dirty. And they charged for single use towels in the room, the room didn’t look the same as the listing and was dirty The Internet connection was good and the laundry machines cleaned my clothes well. The shower isn’t good, the door doesn’t seal so when I get out of the shower the bathroom floor was covered in water.

The front desk staff smiled and served warmly and thoughtfully. The check-in procedure was quick and convenient. The elevator control was very safe. The floor-to-ceiling glass in the room could see the outside view. The slippers in the room were of good quality and comfortable, and the bedding was also comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and parking was convenient. I will choose this hotel again next time I have the chance. Recommend it.
