It has various types of guestrooms, all decorated in a style where Confucius and oriental culture can be found everywhere. The hotel has a 24-hour restaurant, a banquet hall and private rooms, with a total capacity of 600, serving Sichuan, Shandong and Cantonese cuisines. There are 8 conference rooms with a total capacity of 400 in the hotel. Other facilities include beauty salon, foot massage, dancing hall and KTV.
"Bring the children at home to Qufu to play, let the children feel the Confucian culture of Tao, and visited the Sankong Scenic Area and the Confucius Museum. Stayed at Qufu Mingzuo Xingtan Hotel, this is an old four-star Confucian cultural theme hotel, with both a sense of history and cultural heritage, and tasted the local special Confucius cuisine in the store. We stayed in the garden twin room in the Grand Hyatt Building District. The hotel provides butler service, helping to make an appointment for the non-legacy paint fan experience, non-legacy extension experience, and finally finished the extension butler and found Hanfu to take a photo. The children on this trip to Qufu have a deep harvest."

"The hotel is very unique in design and has a great location. It is within walking distance of the attractions and convenient to take a taxi. The butler at No. 63, Kong, was attentive and enthusiastic. He provided small gifts and told the performance times of the surrounding hotels. The front desk can also borrow Hanfu for taking photos. Although it was only taken inside the hotel, my parents also had a lot of fun. It is convenient to eat and order takeout around. If you really can't walk, you can take a tricycle."

"The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the gate of Confucius temple on foot. The traditional style and the statue of Confucius makes you feel like you are really here to visit this great philosopher’s city. The staff are friendly and they provide whatever you ask for. They gave us a book, a crad and a bookmaker as a gift. The breakfast was nice. The room was clean but yet could be cleaner. All in all, it works for visiting this historical city."

"Our two-night stay. All the staff provided warm and attentive service. Tiffany and Evelyn handled our check-in, asking about our needs and communicating promptly when issues arose, which was excellent. Daisy from Juyuan Restaurant explained the menu items with a cheerful smile; the appetizers were delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the soybeans.
The breakfast quality was quite good, and they even offered free children's entertainment. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The general cleanliness of the property was acceptable, but there's room for improvement in the room details: the pillows were too soft, and it would be great to have a choice of both soft and firm options. The bathroom's under-mount sink had stubborn stains in the inner corner where it met the countertop. Since the mirror reflected these, it looked unappealing (I won't post photos, but they're noticeable upon inspection). The towels and bath sheets were new and clean, but they shed a lot of fine lint; it felt like I'd inhale the fibers when using them, which was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, regarding the carpet, I personally feel it should be minimized. In humid and hot conditions, carpets can harbor bacteria that simple vacuuming can't resolve effectively.
Overall, it's an acceptable stay. Given that it was a busy holiday period, I think it's crucial to consider increasing the cleaning staff. The hotel hasn't undergone extensive renovation in about ten years, so regular maintenance is very important. It's perfectly fine for it to show its age, but it shouldn't look neglected or dirty.
The hotel has a lot of character. A friend recommended it, and I would also recommend it to others for a visit. Oh, and the hotel is very close to the scenic area, which is extremely convenient."

"During my trip to Qufu, Shandong, I stayed at the Zhige Hotel. The website said it opened in 2025, but upon arrival, I discovered it was a converted student dormitory, with a street across the street from the reception desk. The room was small, with the washbasin right at the entrance. There was no elevator, so the front desk staff helped us carry our suitcases up to the third floor. Upon entering, the room was immediately suffocated by a strong odor, and the staff quickly turned on the exhaust fan. Later, I discovered that across from the room was a factory building, with four large tanks, a chimney, and numerous pipes and wiring on the ground floor. The window in the room was secured with two ropes, allowing only a small opening, presumably to block out outside air. Guests staying at the hotel are advised not to book rooms on the east side. The breakfast was limited. The next morning, while we were having breakfast, they kept bringing us food. A plate of grapes arrived at 7:30 a.m., and they said there was watermelon, but by 7:45 a.m., after we finished our meal, it still hadn't arrived. We reported this to the front desk staff, who apologized and gave us a ruler. On our first night, around 8 PM, we called the front desk to request some clothes hangers (there were only two in the room). After a long wait, they still didn't arrive. The next morning, we told the front desk again, and they sent them to the room during housekeeping. When we returned at noon, they still hadn't arrived. We told the front desk again, and they went upstairs to get some hangers themselves. Also, there was a no-smoking sign in the room, but there was still an ashtray. For a new hotel like this, how can it get a 4.9 rating?"

"Overall, it was not what I expected. I have stayed in many homestays, and the price was a bit inflated.
This is an old hotel that has been open for eleven years. It still uses the original bolt + key lock🔒, which is not very convenient to enter and exit. The decoration facilities in the room are also relatively old, but the location of the hotel is very good. It is within walking distance of the scenic spot and can be visited in half a day. You can also spend half a day participating in rubbing or taking photos in Hanfu in the hotel. The whole hotel is not very big, but the flowers and plants are taken care of very uniquely. The fatal flaw is that there are really a lot of small mosquitoes. I dare not think that I will be carried away by mosquitoes outdoors in summer🙊🙊
Pick-up service: I contacted the housekeeper one day in advance and raised the demand, so it was very nice to arrange the pick-up, but it was not the hotel's car, but an online car-hailing🙈🙈It's better to have it than not🐒🐒

XXiaoyaochenchenIt was great. The boss and his wife were very friendly. I was lucky enough to taste the tea made by the boss's wife herself. The small courtyard where we stayed also had a special a**osphere. The room was very clean and fully equipped. It was not far from the scenic spot and it felt quiet in a bustling city. Recommended! AAnonymous UserOverall, I'm very satisfied. The staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean. The shower and toilet areas are separate from the sink, so I can use them whenever I want, even in the morning. The laundry room is always stocked with new drum-type washing machines and dryers, and they even have disinfectant for the new sink. The breakfast was good, and the gym and lounge were both comfortable and clean. The only drawback was that my room didn't have a refrigerator, but I don't like cold drinks, so it wasn't a problem. The daily plate of local fruit and a handwritten note really brought out the warmth of the host. I'm so grateful to the owner and staff for their thoughtful touch, who gave me a souvenir from Gokbu and two bottles of water upon checkout. I hope to see you again soon.

GGuest UserI drove to Qufu, the hometown of Confucius, and searched for this hotel online. It was just a few hundred meters away from the Three Kongs Scenic Area. I felt very good. Although I encountered bad vendors in Qufu, the hotel's service resolved all my unhappiness. I didn't expect that there was such a good hotel in Qufu.
When I just entered the hotel room, I asked the front desk clerk. How to connect to WiFi? After a few minutes, the waiter called again and asked if the WiFi was connected? Rare warm service. I wanted to go out for dinner, so I consulted the front desk clerk, who was very enthusiastic to tell me where the best restaurant was. I would like to remind guests who come to Shandong for the first time that the dishes are very large, and one person can't eat two dishes. 😂 This hotel. Good location. Parking is also convenient, just at the door of the hotel. The scenic area is also close, just a few hundred meters away on foot. When I left the hotel, the front desk clerk sent me mineral water. I would like to add that the room needs mineral water, which is unlimited. Next time I come to Qufu, I will stay in this hotel again.

Has a restaurant where you can get drinks and also play pool table and karaoke. The street lights up during the night and you can go close by areas on foot. Just amazing. LLolita🏢 : The outside is a bit old but the reception place is bright and clear, easy to get around.
🏙️ : the location is absolutely amazing, very near to all that should be visited in QuFu
🚬 : although public areas are smoking free, it smelled terribly bad cigarettes. Even inside my room, it smelled strong odor of tobacco which was unpleasant.
🧹 : cleanliness is average and could be improved as I found some ashes and one or two peels of sunflower seeds.
🥞 Breakfast served is Chinese cuisine, very rich and delicious. Very much liked it !

GGuest UserQufu Landscape Hotel is a hidden jewel. Its location is superb - right at the heart of the Confucius Temple area and near the show performance venue as well as the light show displays. The room is very clean and comfortable. What strikes us most are the spectacular colourful floor tiles. It feels like being in another era. The lady boss and her daughter are direct descendants of Confucius & rightly proud of their incredible heritage. This is reflected in the service they provide.
We had an amazing time in Qufu & staying at this place gave us the opportunity to discover the sage in greater detail. It’s like watching history come alive!

WWoyixiaoyaoDuring my trip to Qufu, I was fortunate to stay at Guandemen Manju B&B, a very special place to stay. It is located in the center of Qufu and has a superior location, which allows me to easily go to cultural landmarks such as Confucius Temple and Confucius Mansion to feel the historical charm of this ancient city.
The design style of the homestay combines traditional and modern elements to create a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The interior decoration of the room is simple and stylish, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. Although the hotel does not provide catering services, the staff was very enthusiastic to recommend the surrounding food to me, so that while exploring local food, I can feel the hospitality of Qufu.
In terms of service, the staff of the hotel are very professional and friendly, and they pay full attention to the needs of every guest. Whether it is check-in procedures or daily consultation, they have shown patience and meticulousness, which makes me feel the warmth of home.
Although no catering service is provided, the convenience of the homestay has not been affected. There are many restaurants and snack bars around, which allows me to easily enjoy a variety of cuisines. This arrangement has given me more freedom to explore and try the local food culture.

BBotinichWe specially chose to stay in Chufu to pay our respects to the Great Confucius. It was a must-visit to see his temple, mansion house, and tomb.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the temple and mansion house. There are also plenty of super markets and cafes.
Getting to the hotel was a breeze — a direct bus from the rail station took us there, and the fare was just a 1 yuan! The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay pleasant. If you’re planning a visit, this is definitely a spot worth considering for a deeper dive into Confucian culture!

GGuest UserI'm so lucky to stay in this treasure youth hostel in Qufu! As soon as I entered the door, I was healed by the cats in the store. The soft little kittens moved freely in the public area, and from time to time they came over to rub against my trouser legs and ask for a pat, instantly dispelling the fatigue of the journey. Although the bathroom facilities are a bit simple, there is plenty of hot water and all basic needs can be met. The hostel has a great atmosphere, the common areas are decorated in a warm and artistic way, and you can sit and chat with friends from all over the world in the evening. The boss is a very down-to-earth person. He enthusiastically recommended local niche attractions and authentic food, without any tricks at all! The overall cost-effectiveness is super high. I feel the fireworks and human touch of Qufu here. I will stay here again next time I come!
