"Our stay at Qionghai Guantang Holiday Hotel was simply perfect! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by professional and attentive service. The hotel offers many family-friendly activities; staff were readily available in the lobby to introduce them, and also engaged with children during meals in the restaurant. The room facilities were new and in perfect working order. The thermostatic shower with strong water pressure made for a very comfortable bathing experience. The hot spring area was definitely a highlight. The hot spring pools had crystal-clear water with temperatures ranging from 38 to 42 degrees Celsius. The children loved the pools so much they didn't want to leave – it's an excellent spot for a family vacation with kids. There were no signs of old, worn-out facilities, no water stains or rust. What impressed me most was the hotel's meticulous attention to maintenance. From the neatly trimmed greenery in the landscape gardens to the impeccably maintained ceilings and walls in the rooms and public areas, the entire place genuinely didn't feel like a hotel that has been operating for years. Here, you can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing vacation, and experience peace of mind thanks to the high-quality service and facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates attention to detail!"

"During the May Day holiday, I traveled around Qiongzhou Peninsula for a few days. On my birthday, I stayed in this newly opened French-style hotel. The hardware and software were pretty good overall. 👍🏻 Facilities: The overall style and color of the hotel are completely within my aesthetic range. The facilities are quite complete, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a chess and card room, a restaurant, etc. For me, I like to eat Western food. The steak house is still under preparation. I like to play tennis, but there is no tennis court. It's a little regrettable. Hygiene: Very good. The waiter found that the bed sheet was slightly stained and immediately changed it. Full set of bedding Environment: The hotel is located on Boao Tinghai Road, close to the beautiful and clean sea. Service: Humanized service needs to be improved. We hope to provide guests with more sticky service. /PS: When checking out, I felt the professional, efficient and warm service of Xiaoxue at the front desk, which made up for some small regrets and disappointments of this stay. It's truly a hotel I've grown to love more and more with each stay. **Location**: Situated right in the city center, just across the road from Baozhen Supermarket and Beimen Market, it boasts a truly prime location. Getting to all the major attractions is also convenient, usually just a 20-minute drive away. **Room Environment**: The gym and laundry facilities are free to use, and there's a welcome fruit platter. Before arrival, the staff proactively asks if you need a non-smoking room and even inquires about your preferred pillow firmness! This attention to detail is truly remarkable. I've stayed a few times now, and I always sleep soundly through the night, never experiencing insomnia. Plus, being a well-known brand, the room hygiene and facilities are impeccably maintained, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. Seriously, I could live here forever! **Dining**: The breakfast offers a delightful blend of Chinese and Western options, with a wide array of specialty dishes. You'll find fruits, coffee, pastries, noodle soup, congee, and stir-fried noodles – all authentic Qionghai local specialties. Next door is Changlong Restaurant, a local eatery where you can find all sorts of authentic local dishes, including their hot spring goose, which is absolutely delicious! Just 150 meters to the right of the hotel is Qionghai's Yinhai Local Snack Street. As a visitor like me, being able to enjoy authentic Hainanese food without any prior research is incredibly satisfying! Highly recommended! **Recommendation**: If you're visiting Qionghai for the first time, Changlong Hotel is definitely the perfect choice!"

"The check-in experience was excellent. The lobby was luxurious and grand beyond expectations, and the service staff were well-trained and responsive. The location is convenient and the decoration is exquisite. It is excellent in all aspects, clean and tidy without any odor. The bedding in particular gave me a big surprise. I highly recommend it."

"The room is very clean. It is a very suitable place for transit accommodation. The hotel is in the central area. Many local food can be found just a few minutes downstairs. "I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai."
