"The newly renovated Jinling Tower at Jinling Hotel is a prime example of an established five-star hotel. Both the hardware facilities and the service truly live up to its reputation. The hotel's location is excellent, making parking and access very convenient. The lobby is grand and impressive, and the guest rooms are meticulously clean with a logical layout and comprehensive amenities. Front Office Manager Xing Yang was attentive and enthusiastic, and floor attendant Li Hong was thoughtful and thorough. I initially booked this hotel purely for shopping convenience, but after checking in, I found it incredibly comfortable and felt I got an amazing value. I'll definitely return next time. I highly recommend the hotel's Meiyuan restaurant for its authentic cuisine and excellent service; just be sure to book in advance. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, though I suggest expanding the variety of stir-fried dishes. The executive lounge on the 57th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower offers beautiful views, but it would be great if the exterior windows could be kept cleaner to enhance the photo experience. It's truly commendable that a decades-old five-star hotel like Jinling Hotel can maintain such high standards. I look forward to staying at Jinling Hotel again on my next trip to Nanjing."

"Great value for a 5-star hotel! Rooms are spacious and decor is nice, the included buffet breakfast offers a lot of variety and is tasty. The hotel is located right behind the Nanjing Museum, is “close” to the Ming Tombs, and is close to the Ming Koo Kung subway station which provides easy access to many sights in Nanjing. There is even a street food bazaar right next door! The only downside of this hotel is that it does not offer a free laundry room."

"Last time I visited Nanjing, I stayed at Atour Hotel Zhongshanling, which was very comfortable but a bit far from the city center. This time, I booked Atour Hotel near the city center to see Silence Wang. The service was excellent. Wang Shicheng at the front desk was quick with check-in and also told us about the restaurant's location and opening hours. The breakfast at the restaurant was very rich. I especially liked that the purple sweet potatoes and pumpkins were peeled and cut into cubes, making them very convenient to eat. The robot delivery service for meals was also very fast and convenient."

Its proximity to the metro station makes getting around incredibly convenient, perfect for exploring all the city's attractions. Evening walks by the lake, watching the city lights begin to sparkle, were simply magical. **Service Experience: Beyond Expectations** What truly impressed me was the hotel's impeccable service. Returning to my room on the second day, I found that the housekeeping staff had not only tidied up, but had also thoughtfully organized my carelessly left charging cables with ties. This attention to detail truly demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. This stay has truly made me a loyal fan of the Shangri-La brand. "I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!"

"The breakfast was plentiful, the duck blood vermicelli was authentic, and the pig intestine noodles were also good. The view was excellent, and the transportation was convenient, with the subway right downstairs and direct access to the mall from the first floor. It was perfect for our autumn holiday trip. The complimentary couple's meal was also decent. The only downsides were that the facilities were a bit old, and there were stains on the shower wall, which seemed to have accumulated over many years, likely due to poor ventilation as there's no window. Additionally, I hope the complimentary welcome fruit can be delivered during the day. We checked in around 10 PM and just wanted to sleep 😴. It would be great if they could call and ask before delivery instead of just knocking on the door."

"A very nice hotel in the old town of Nanjing with friendly and helpful staff. The room was bright, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was served outside the hotel at a restaurant directly across the street. Guests could choose their own breakfast selection. It's recommended to experience the quiet atmosphere in the streets around the hotel early in the morning. It gets very busy during the day."
