"The last time I came to Civil Rights for a business trip, Starway was still being renovated. This time I finally could stay. The front desk lady was very warm. We could actually choose the room. The sunny side was sunny. The two people were spacious enough for a business trip. The small bay window was very like it. My favorite was this bowl of small wontons in the morning. Next time you must try the bowl of noodles from Starway 😂"

The hotel has a lot of food in the Democratic Street (less than five minutes walk) across the road, and it is very convenient to eat.
Recommended for deli and large plate chicken at the corner.
The waiter was also very welcoming, the room was clean, hygienic and quiet.
