"This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel the warm and professional service of the staff, who took the initiative to help with my luggage and patiently checked me in. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the aromatherapy and decorative ornaments in the details were full of design, and even the bathroom was equipped with high-quality toiletries, which was super considerate! The breakfast was rich in variety, with Chinese and Western food, and the taste was great. The hotel is in a great location, with shopping and dining all around, and it is very convenient to travel. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come here, highly recommended"

Across from the hotel is a large park with excellent air quality, perfect for walking and exercising! The hotel also has a clean underground parking lot. There's also a Dongpo Restaurant nearby, serving authentic Sichuan cuisine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Xiao Xu drove us to the high-speed rail station in his Mercedes-Benz, and Xiao Wang was also a big thank you. 😊"

"As soon as I arrived at the door, I felt it was great value for money. The room was a pleasant surprise. The 2-meter latex bed, the extra-large projection TV, and the separate bathroom were all what I liked. I paid extra to upgrade to floor-to-ceiling windows, which was probably the most cost-effective 20 yuan I spent. The underground parking lot is very convenient, with direct access to the room and lobby. The front desk service was also very attentive, and it was a good experience."

Facilities: As a serious hotel for children, I think their children's playground is substandard. Needless to say, there's only one slide, and the bumper strips on various equipment are haphazardly applied, with tape tangled and tangled, and the foam blocks and other items scattered about. As a hotel for children, I think the children's playground is substandard. The other pools are okay, and the indoor pool is a mini water park, which is highly recommended. Some of the attractions are damaged and under repair.
Service: The GO is a major feature, with excellent service. The evening show and fireworks were fantastic. There was a beautiful foreign GO lady, perhaps due to language barriers, who couldn't really join in, which was frustrating.
Room: It had a resort feel, with a large, wide bed and even assistance with an extra bed. It was spacious and comfortable for three people. There was a slight odor in the hallway on the basement floor, but it was acceptable.
I also have to say that the hotel's various precautions were completely useless. The pool clearly stated that a swimming cap was required, but no one bothered to do so. Well... if you don't care, just don't put up the sign...
Summary: It's a good hotel for families, but it should be better to justify the price.

The hotel's most distinctive feature is the abundance of mirrors. The hallways are mirrored; the rooms have mirrors on both sides of the entrance; and the bathrooms have a wall of mirrors. The hotel also has many clear glass countertops. Unfortunately, the TV is too small. The shower head is fixed, large, and there's no removable small one, which is very inconvenient. The breakfast is particularly rich.

HHalounihaooooI went to Heilongtan with my family these two days and chose to stay at the InterContinental Heilongtan. This experience was really beyond imagination and I must give it a five-star rating! From the beginning of the reservation, the housekeeper Doudou took the initiative to contact me to ask about our check-in needs and arrival time, and carefully introduced the hotel's facilities and special services to me, which made me feel at ease instantly and my expectations were directly full! In terms of play, the hotel's infinity pool is really amazing, the scenery is super beautiful, and it is especially good for taking pictures. There are also various parent-child facilities, such as children's water playgrounds, indoor parks and happy farms, where children have a lot of fun. Doudou helped us plan the play route in advance, and reminded us of the opening hours of various facilities, so that we can enjoy it to our heart's content without worrying at all. The overall experience is great!
