From entering the lobby to checking out, every detail was thoughtful, and I had to use a thousand-word long review to record this surprise - the site selection really understands travelers! Transportation + food double buffs are stacked up, the guest room is a healing space that can breathe, and the detail control is directly conquered. The dry and wet separation in the bathroom is done very thoroughly, the hot water is heated in 3 seconds, and the water pressure is enough to feel like a massage; the toiletries are easy to use and have a light fragrance. During the stay, I was moved by the service and was very responsive. The front desk guy was warm and efficient, and the check-in and check-out procedures were quick. The good parts:
Location is not bad, walking distance to a famous beef ball restaurant, some street-food markets, and Mengbanaxi Wonders Garden. For going to the pagodas recommend taking a e-bike, as there is a lot of traffic in that area..
We arrived a bit early, and would use the bathroom, wash up, and store our luggage
The front desk lady was so nice and kind, we weren't sure how to go to our next destination, she went to the bus station for us to ask how can take the bus as a foreigner,also asked some taxi drivers for us to get a price, and when we left, she prepared for us a small gift bag with some local dessert, and coffee from Myanmar 😊.
The bad parts:
So freaking noisy! Walls are thin so you can hear everything from your neighbors. Also the cleaning ladies are so loud in the morning, talking to each other, this happens in all lower cost hotels in China.

GGuest UserReally good hotel to stay at. It is a couple of minutes walk from the bus station for Tengchong, and about 15 minutes walk from the southern bus station for Ruili. Lots of supermarkets etc around, a bread shop, a fruit market up the road a bit. Room was very clean. Xiaoguo was really nice and patient with me (I don't speak Chinese). Definitely recommend staying here.
