"I stayed at the Chuyue Hejin Hotel in Luohe for two nights during a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The design felt new and upscale, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing.
The staff were polite and professional. While not all of them spoke fluent English, they were very helpful and used translation apps to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

Service: At check-in, the front desk is skilled in operation and the questions we ask can be answered accurately. At the same time, there is also a highlight, that is, when checking in, the front desk sent an ice cream to each guest (Figure 7), which is not available in other hotels I stayed in, which must be praised. Also, the front desk details are really good. Since we are three people living in a room, there are more people, so when we check in at the front desk, we gave us an extra room card. This is also what I didn't expect, really careful. Since we stayed for two days, the demand will be relatively large. During this period, contact the front desk to add slippers, and the front desk also contacted the room sweeper for the first time to help send it. In addition, the room sweeper was also very serious and responsible, helping us clean up the garbage in the trash can and replenishing dental appliances. Overall, I feel that the service of this hotel is still good, I hope to continue to maintain it. Maybe the only thing is that when checking in and checking out, the front desk is full of a staff member. I feel that the area of the front desk should be the location of two people, so this will reduce efficiency to a certain extent. When we checked in, because there were guests in front, the waiting time was longer and the others were very good.
Environment: The hotel is located opposite Luohe West Station, just across the road after leaving the station. Behind the hotel is Wanda Plaza, less than 5 minutes walk. There are some places to eat around the hotel, which is still very convenient overall and can meet normal needs. And Luohe West Station should not be the main city of Luohe City, so it is quite quiet. As for the environment inside the hotel, it is also reassuring and satisfactory. The lobby is clean and bright, very clean, giving people a warm feeling. The corridors of the guest rooms are carpeted. We stayed in a deluxe twin room. This room type, the internal space of the room is not small, and it does not feel depressed and forced at all. If you have to say a small problem, it is that the lighting inside the room is a bit dark, and the others are really doing very well.
Facilities: I have felt a little regret about the facilities in some hotels before, because the facilities of some hotels are really big. But this time the facilities of the Qingya Hotel give me the feeling that it is completely beyond expectations.
First, the interior of the room is equipped with a fire mask and flashlight (Figure 8), which gives us an extra security.
The hot water in the room is also very fast, the wifi signal is also very good, there is no lag when watching videos or playing games.
Also, the bed in the room is quite comfortable, I feel that the package of the mattress is quite strong, and I don't want to get out of bed when I lie on the bed.
Finally, the cooling effect of the room air conditioning is really good. The room is central air conditioning. Some other hotels with central air conditioning I live in are generally not ideal, but this hotel is not. After turning on the cooling, basically within a minute, the room temperature came down, really powerful.
But there are still some minor problems, I think I can continue to strengthen and improve.
First of all, we stayed in room 321, the toilet seat was loose (video 1).
Also, the bedside lamp on the side of room 321 near the window is bright and dark, maybe the voltage is unstable (video 2).
The third point is that the hair dryer in room 321, the wires have a bare phenomenon, and it may be that the connection is loose, resulting in the hair dryer unable to stand upright (video 3).
The small problem is these three points, I still hope that the hotel can investigate and repair the two facilities in room 321.
Hygiene: I have always been very concerned about the health of the hotel. This time, the 321 room we stayed in gave me a big surprise in terms of hygiene, and overall it was very good. But the only problem may be that there is a dead mosquito on the wall of Room 321, but this is near the ceiling. I can't see it if I don't look carefully. In addition to this, other places are quite satisfactory.
Overall, this stay, the experience was actually more than expected. Because when I was looking for a hotel, I found that this one was opposite the high-speed rail station, but the price was always very cheap and very affordable. At first, I felt that such a cheap price would not step on thunder, but the actual experience was really reassuring and satisfying. The quality of Qingya Hotel has not been reduced because of the cheap price. Anyway, I personally think that the price of less than 150 can live in such a hotel opposite the high-speed rail station, and the price is really high. We still live in an expensive room type, and the cheapest room type is a little more than 100, so it is really not easy. It can also be seen that the hotel is really considering the guests, really operating with heart. I sincerely hope that the hotel can maintain such a high cost performance now and continue to maintain high-quality services. If there is a chance to come to Luohe in the future, and a chance to get off at Luohe West Station, then I will definitely consider this one first. I hope the hotel can get better and better.

And although it’s in the heart of the City. There are no resto around the needs to walk more than 400 meters.

-Shenzhou Bird park is 15 to 20 mins drive.
Ambiance: the rooms is so spacious and has a great view and the interiors and amenities are excellent. Their toilet bowl is automatic. And has remote control. We actually didn’t expect to find this high tech and trendy hotel in this city.
PS We had a good time celebrating my baby’s first birthday. It’s comfy and price friendly. I’ll stay here again next time.
