But! Because of the individual front desk, the stay was extremely unpleasant.

GGuest User倆家人一起遊玩，訂了四間房，到了咱們的如家真的體驗感超級好，房間整潔乾淨無可挑剔，早餐食材新鮮，種類豐富。更重要的是酒店整體服務非常的好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，特別是吧枱的小姐姐，第一天辦理入住的時候由於沒有一起訂四間房，樓層沒辦法住在一個樓層，小姐姐主動協調，最後如願住在一起！第二天退房時，孩子因遊玩感冒有點發燒，將近退房時孩子生病睡著了，跟吧枱溝通想讓孩子休息一會，晚一點退房。吧枱小姐姐二話沒説，跟經理溝通後將退房時間延長到14時，雖然最後按時退房了，但是全家人也被前台小姐姐積極主動幫助住户解決問題的態度所感動。臨走時還送給家裡的孩子一人一把小扇子，留作紀念。真的是一次非常好的住店體驗，有些時候服務其實衹是一個態度，願店家生意興隆！
