"It's in a great location, less than a 5-minute walk from Kaohsiung Station's Formosa Boulevard Station. There's a cafe next to the first floor, so I think it's the perfect environment for a relaxing stay. The staff speaks English and will give you detailed information about the relaxation space and kitchen during your stay. The building isn't new, but the rooms are stylish and the shower water pressure is great. There is a free relaxation space in front of the room, and there are various magazines and books (including stylish Japanese magazines and books) where you can work on your computer. I stayed here for multiple nights, and was able to relax outside of my room after returning to the inn."

"It takes about 12-15 minutes to walk from Pier 2 Art Zone. The room is clean and tidy, and the toilet is separated from wet and dry. There is also a capsule coffee machine in the room, which is great. There is also a children's playroom on the third floor, and the breakfast is also good. Will stay here again next time I have the chance."

"The location is very ideal, just near the Pier 2 Penglai Station of the light rail. To walk to Hama Star, you only need to pass through the Railway Cultural and Creative Zone. The hotel's breakfast is very good, with many choices, delivered to the door. On Sundays only, you can go to the eighth floor to enjoy the Chinese buffet breakfast. I highly recommend the braised pork turnips, which can be mixed with rice or poured into sweet potato porridge. The flush toilet in the bathroom is really great. It's a nice little touch during my recent stay, but it's 100% considerate. Kaohsiung is an old city with a new concept that is worth savoring. If you choose the Pier 2 area, you can have fun for several days. It only takes more than ten minutes to go to nearby Cijin and Xiziwan. Also, there is a night market downstairs on Saturdays. Be sure to pay attention. Don’t miss the experience of eating various ********* delicacies at home all night long. Don’t complain about your small belly or lack of money."

"The location is superb, close to Liuhe Night Market, very convenient for tasting food or shopping. The interior decoration is exquisite, full of texture and careful details, making people feel at home. Highly recommended to friends traveling to Kaohsiung!"

"I recently stayed at Ox Suites in the Yancheng district of Kaohsiung, and it was an exceptional experience. Ron and his wife run a fantastic little serviced apartment that’s clean, modern, and minimalist, yet equipped with everything you might need—and more. The apartment was spotless, and the minimalist design made it feel spacious and comfortable. Ron went above and beyond by providing a comprehensive list of things to do in the Yancheng area, which was incredibly helpful. If you only have three nights, like I did, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy just in Yancheng and nearby Cijin. Their recommendations were spot on, and they were always just a message away if I needed anything or had any questions. The location is also a major plus. It’s just a short walk to Yancheng station on the orange line, making it easy to get around. You can easily reach the hotel with just one change of train line from the HSR Station. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back the next time I’m in Kaohsiung. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel description in the trip was not clear, and people mistakenly thought it was a single room! The result was a backpacker room for six! (I'm not used to staying in this type of room) Although I was busy before the trip and didn't have time to ask the owner! However, the photos and descriptions on the website all lead to single rooms, which is really unpleasant. (I checked the website again, and indeed there are only two photos of the toilet + single bed. There is no description of backpacker inn, etc.) The store promised to improve it after checking in that day! The house is clean and well designed! But the web service is really unacceptable to me! The message below says that there are parking spaces in the basement. However, there are no parking spaces for backpackers and single beds. I hope the store will indicate it!"

"This is my second time in Kaohsiung and second time booking my stay here. It’s always a pleasant experience and I love that it’s near Liouhe Night Market where my favorite food vendors are. It’s also near the MRT lines, both red and orange, so going anywhere is very convenient. My trip was shorter this time, but will definitely book my next Kaohsiung trip here again"

"Late review but really unforgettable stay experience 🥺 The landlord sister contacted WhatsApp in advance and informed the check-in details, so the communication was very smooth, and she was always concerned about greetings from check-in to check-out. The decoration of the B&B room is very unique. I found that the wall is not wallpaper but handmade murals. The homestay is very clean and quiet. I brought food to my relatives and friends. The landlord sister took the initiative to say that I can use the refrigerator, oh. This time I came to Kaohsiung to see old friends, but the day I wrote a review has planned a new trip to Taiwan with new friends. I hope I can stay again!"

"Great room. Very spacious and nice design. Only problem is soundproofing to the corridor. Fridge quite noisy, but I just unplugged it at night. Big bonus is the laundry facilities, which are free apart from NT 30 for detergent from reception. Dryers were slow, but can't complain as it was free. Lots of nice food places nearby, although the peanut place just round the corner always had massive queues so I never tried it even though it looked amazing. There's an food recommendation map in the lifts, so that's helpful."
