"Our family traveled and stayed at R&F Wanda Realm Hotel in Jingzhou. The hotel is not far from the ancient city and is convenient for sightseeing. Miss Zhao, who received us at the front desk, was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage (there was also a wheelchair, and my 90-year-old mother was accompanying us), she asked the concierge to help deliver the luggage to the room. Thank you!
The double room we booked only had 2 breakfasts, so we asked Miss Zhao to help give one to the elderly. Miss Zhao helped apply for it quickly. Thank you Miss Zhao!

"My own big head shrimp, booked the hotel date a day earlier, the hotel said that I waited for one night and didn't see the store. When I arrived at the store the next day, I didn't have much explanation for the hotel. The arrangement was very accommodating and I must like it! The hotel environment is very good, in the commercial street in the center of the ancient city, there is a rare large yard parking! The room is big enough, breakfast is also intimately delivered to the room. The price is relatively high! In the morning, I will hear the three times military number from the backyard, which is very special!"

Although the facilities look a bit dated, the overall service is still good, especially the upgrade and afternoon tea. The breakfast has a complete range and tastes good. Finally, as for Jingzhou, the ancient city of Jingzhou is not very interesting, but Shashiyang Wharf is worth a visit."

"Jingzhou doesn't offer a wide array of hotel choices. I picked this hotel because it's conveniently located near Yangmatou Zhanghua Temple, which I wanted to visit, and it's within walking distance. Plus, Hongxing Road Food Street is also nearby. After a full day of exploring, it was wonderful to stroll around and enjoy some local food in the evening. This convenience is a huge plus, especially when traveling with children. The room was quite spacious, equipped with a 2-meter bed and a 1.2-meter bed. It comfortably accommodated our two children without feeling crowded. I had called ahead, and I was very pleased with the room setup I had requested. Breakfast was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The owner is clearly very generous with their food offerings."

"Very good overall, and the service was excellent. As an older hotel, the facilities aren't the newest, but they are remarkably well-maintained. The restaurant on the 15th floor isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the food was decent. My only minor gripe is with breakfast; I only managed to have it once. The 7-10 AM slot is quite short, especially since many hotels offer breakfast until noon. I had 10 vouchers and only used one! 😂"

"Facilities: This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel with a rating of 4.5 or above. The bed sheets were rotten but they were not changed. Other guests also reported this problem in the comments, which means that they have not changed it at all. The breakfast is miserable. My family has very low standards for food and they all said that the breakfast is very bad."

The only thing that made people feel uncomfortable was that the souvenirs included in the order package, and after checking out, the front desk receptionist did not take the initiative to say that I would give me souvenirs. At that time, I thought why not give it if it was included in my payment, and I would ask for it if it was not given. Exquisite snacks: a variety of delicious. The elderly at home think it is good and live in peace and quiet. I will stay here again next time and hope to keep it up. I went back to my alma mater to take a look and saw a lot of changes. There is a snack street nearby and it is convenient to travel. There is a parking lot at the door. , very convenient. AAnonymous UserThe room was spotlessly clean and spacious enough. Even though it's a newly opened hotel, there was no unpleasant smell of fresh renovation. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. The security guard on the ground floor was very friendly and helpful, assisting with parking. The front desk staff were courteous, and both check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jingzhou.

There are many routes out of the bus station, and I finally have a convenient way to travel to the city and the high-speed rail station on a snowy day. There is heating equipment. There is a laundry room but it is not used because there is thick mud on the inner circle. It is recommended to clean it every day.
In Wanda Plaza, the business district is economically developed and there is plenty of food, drink, and entertainment.

DDeirstarA solid old style hotel. The room was big, the water hot, the bed comfortable and everything needed was provided. The hotel is access from a laneway off the main road and there was no noise from outside. The internal plumbing was very noisy. The hotel is not far from the east gate of the ancient city wall, a great place for a walk and itks easy to get to all the beautiful surrounding gardens. If you turn left on the main street and walk about a block you will find a good little restaurant. Don’t forget to visit the terrific museum.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The bedding quality is very good. But there were two problems:
1. The shower was constructed wrong so the water drains out into the main bathroom area, even when the shower door fully closed and towels used to try and redirect the water. So the bathroom floor always had a layer of water over most of it.
2. The breakfast might be ok for local tastes, but for a western person the coffee was bad, there was no juice of any kind, no toast or other bread, no bacon or sausage, only hard boiled eggs. We prefer having at least some western breakfast foods which would be easy to offer.
Also, the was the air conditioning was set up, parts of the room would become very cold and breezy while 3 meter away it would be uncomfortably hot. Again poor design.
Overall, I would only give the hotel 2 stars out of 5.

The first time I encountered no soap or hand sanitizer in the room, I asked the cleaning and said that it was generally replaced by bath liquid, but the bath liquid was fixed in the shower room. It happened that the hotel supervisor was there. After asking, I learned that hand sanitizer is not standard, so I found a piece to send it over. Until the next day, there was no shadow of the fat house, the room was stuffy, and there was a musty smell.
