"The train was delayed for more than an hour. It was almost midnight to Jianghua. I could book a room near the train station. I discussed check-out with Ctrip and Yuntianxiang Hotel. The results were the same. I couldn't refund a penny. I originally booked a room on Ctrip. I wanted to make a convenient reservation. The result was not paid."
