In the winter, the air conditioning in the room is very powerful and very warm. The breakfast is on the rooftop, with a wide view and rich and exquisite food. The service is especially good, and the lobby on the first floor is suitable for chatting with friends and drinking tea. I will choose Atour again next time.

First of all, the hotel is located at the foot of Shungeng Mountain. The garden-style environment is great. The hotel is not high. The rooms with balconies facing the garden are all business and executive rooms. The hotel has a swimming pool, a gym, and a table tennis table, which the children are very satisfied with! The facilities are relatively new, and the whole hotel is filled with wood fragrance, which is quite comfortable. The service is satisfactory. I don't know how the breakfast is without booking. I thought I could drink beef soup or eat special breakfast in Huainan, but there is nothing nearby, so I still booked the hotel breakfast!

The front desk clerk was very good, the room was spacious, the quilt sheets were clean and tidy, the sanitation facilities were easy to use, the breakfast buffet, and the Huainan special beef soup. There is a local parking lot. Robot delivery is very convenient.

First let's talk about the room: the room is clean and tidy, and the whole house is equipped with voice intelligent guest control, which is very intelligent. The TV is a 75-inch large TV that all VIPs can watch. It looks very good. The drinks and coffee in the water bar in the room are also free, which is really considerate. The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good and very enthusiastic. The service attitude of the 610 lady is also very good, which is worthy of praise! 钱钱The room type we booked did not have a breakfast package. At first we thought we could book it, but when we arrived, we learned that we had to book one day in advance. Fortunately, I brought my own food. In addition, this one is mainly for group building customers, so I don't recommend it personally. All extra services are chargeable, including the shuttle bus and billiard room inside.

It's a three-star experience at a budget hotel price. The owner is very nice. Because of a sudden change in travel plans, I canceled the hourly room I had previously reserved, and the owner readily refunded the money.

GGuest UserIt's very good. The decoration is very Chinese style, a style that my parents and elders like. I was very lucky to buy a special price room, but the special price room is definitely different from the regular price. There were a few minor flaws in the room, but the service attitude at the front desk was really good. They even gave me a souvenir when I checked in. The breakfast at the hotel was also great.

Ssanetake今回二回目の宿泊となりました。ちょうど周りが工事の最中でした。朝食の牛肉スープやスタッフが気さくな感じで緊張することなくすごせました。淮南東駅や淮南駅は比較的近く電車に乗るのはスムーズかと思います。但し淮南南駅は遠いので合肥や上海に行くときは早めに出発するか、淮南駅から合肥駅まで鈍行で風景や列車の中を楽しむ方法もありますが、時間を上手く活用出来ればありです。あまり時間に余裕がない場合は淮南南駅に出るほうがいいです。寿県など長距離バスに乗る場合なども列車と同じくパスポートなど証明が必要となるので携帯必須です。レストランやスーパーなどは近くにもあるので散歩を兼ねて行くと周りも知れて楽しめるかなと思います。

GGuest User新酒店環境設備還算不錯，但商旅服務和員工技能態度還是很跟不上，比如住別墅區去公共湯池居然連個接駁車沒有，客人得自己迎着寒風走過去，前台的服務也很不專業，一問三不知衹會往管家身上推，尤其是第二天12.00前就必須退房我感覺很不人性化，住大別墅大多數都是三五好友一起，肯定會玩到很晚的，退房也就算了，前台還不到12.00還會打電話催你，毫無任何服務用語，甚至是非常不禮貌，連個稱呼都沒有，上來就一句你到12點要退房啊，我反問現在12.00了嗎？前台也沒有任何致歉，而是再次重複12.00前要退房，無語至極從來沒見過哪裡的前台這個崗位是這樣語氣講話的，給人極度不專業的感覺。整體環境設備搞得不錯，別毀在這些基礎服務上面瞭然後周邊吃的也很少，點外賣也點不到
