"The location is super good, opposite the Far East International stop to eat all the food. The room is spacious, the window is facing Lingfeng Mountain, the bathroom has a large water volume and is hot, the bath towel is super thick and comfortable (I want to buy it for my own use), there is a laundry room (washer + dryer). The downside is that the decoration is old and the lighting is not bright enough. The room is dim. The water on the other floor will massage."

Service: Very attentive. A shuttle service was provided upon arrival, and the hotel staff were also very friendly. The three of us booked a twin room, and they gave us an extra breakfast voucher, which was delicious.
Facilities: Free ice cream and coffee were available at the front desk, and the exhibition area on the first floor was also very interesting. The owner is a marathon runner and even hosts running challenges. Ailian Lake Park is nearby, and the air is beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Hezhou. AAnonymous UserThe hotel reception staff were very warm and friendly, with plenty of free disposable toiletries on the table for self-service, as well as self-service tea and coffee. The hotel has free parking with ample spaces, making parking very convenient. The hotel is located in the city center, not far from the Far East Commercial Street, a 5-minute electric scooter ride away. Shared electric scooters are available at the entrance. The receptionist even upgraded my room – great! The room amenities were also thoughtful, with a handheld steam iron and a dryer in the bathroom. Overall, my impression of the hotel was very positive. However, what ruined the experience was the breakfast on the second day and the cleaning lady sharing the elevator with other guests. First, the restaurant was on the 3rd floor, and people could come and go freely without anyone collecting breakfast vouchers (why issue them if no one is watching?). The coffee machine kept indicating it was full of coffee grounds and needed emptying, but no one emptied it; you had to actively ask a staff member for help before they would slowly come to clean it. Second, you had to make your own coffee powder; whoever was fastest got to make it first, while the staff just stood by and watched the chaos, making no attempt to maintain order. Finally, after breakfast, while taking the elevator upstairs, a cleaning lady swaggered in with a bucket and rags?! In other hotels I've stayed at, staff would always wait for the next elevator if there were guests in it. Isn't that basic courtesy? Looking at the entire hotel, only the front desk service is acceptable. The restaurant and housekeeping should improve. Anyone in service understands the principle that 100-1=0.

The Niu Ge breakfast shop next to the hotel is really delicious. Visitors who come to stay must try the fried silkworm glutinous rice and water chestnut noodles! Overall, this is a hotel with good service and warmth. I was in a hurry this time. I arrived at night and left the next morning. I did not fully explore the beauty of the ancient town. I will still stay here next time I come to Huangyao.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very good indeed. The room is extraordinarily large and well presented in wooden finish. It is exceptionally clean with a large bathroom that offers everything I could require.
The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Often, I would find that they had anticipated a question or need.
The breakfast is very basic and functional with fried noodles, boiled eggs, Baozi (steamed buns) and Zhou (rice porridge), plus tea. Personally, I liked it a lot but I could imagine many travelers finding it too basic for their taste.
I love staying here and do so whenever in Hezhou.
