Very thankful to the hotel staff, Bruce that help me to monitor the room vacancy so I can continue my stay to view the peonies in Caozhou Mudan Garden. His great assistance is well appreciated. Thank you so much. Location is very accessible, nearby shopping mall and surrounded with lots of good food. The hotel also has a cute robot that deliver delivery to guests. Last year I also stay here. Like this hotel as the housekeeping staffs are also very friendly. She even chats with me about the flowers she arranged. Bus stop is also right in front of the hotel.

The location is very good, downstairs is the largest comprehensive shopping mall in Heze, Jiahe City, eating and shopping are super convenient. Hotel facilities are relatively new and the room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is rich, self-service, and robots. During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to meet the general manager of the hotel Helen, manager Bob Wang, and sales director Kevin. They were all very sincere, warm, cordial and dedicated. The front desk lady sister and brother Iris, Amy, Linda, Tom, Jerry, etc. (haha Tom and Jerry, so cute name) and all other staff, including all restaurant staff, are also very warm, sincere, professional and efficient, the stay experience is first-rate, recommended stay

A family came to Heze to see the peonies and chose to stay in this hotel. It felt like an original place when they came in. The starry sky roof was very popular with the kids. The room was very clean, equipped with a purifier, and socks were prepared. The welcome cards were all handwritten, very attentive, and the service staff were also very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm, and the hotel also provided supper service. The wontons were delicious! The buffet breakfast was also good, and fruits were delivered in the afternoon! Five-star praise, recommended!

I am really satisfied with this hotel this time! The bedding is extremely comfortable and sleeps well. This hotel that brought parents to travel completely exceeded expectations! When booking the room, the elderly were noted for their light sleep. The hotel specially arranged a room on the inner side of the high floor. The parents said that the mattress was more comfortable than the home. The next day, I found that there was a freshly cooked health porridge. The staff saw that we took a lot and took the initiative to help bring it to the seat. When I checked out, my mother forgot to take things, the front desk called to remind me, and also helped to send it back. It must be five-star praise!

The interruption is still clean. The window is opposite the elevated window. The sound is not big. There is a motorcycle at night. The corridor is not soundproof. The corridor can be heard. The room can be heard. There is no sound. The restaurant on the second floor has five stir-fried dishes for breakfast. One fried rice is sold. Steamed dumplings boiled eggs and fried chicken. Egg mutton soup and a porridge milk soy milk yogurt bread slices cut salad vegetables and fruits and choose your own sauce fried dough sticks and onion rings when I went there. I didn’t want to check out after 12 o’clock in the afternoon. I need to swipe the card again. The parking lot is quite big.

In addition, the hotel is clean and classy. This time the whole family lives together. In the evening, I took my children to Dongguan Street downstairs to play, and the experience was great. The breakfast is very authentic and has the old taste of hometown. You can also take a stroll downstairs to the County Government Square early the next morning!

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
