"The hotel is large in scale, it is a good hotel, the rooms are also large, and the price is cheap, just to be picky: 1. Responsive service from the front desk. The shower head in the room was broken, the kettle leaked, and the tea was not provided on the second and third day. I reported it to the front desk and immediately resolved it verbally on the spot. In fact, I didn’t do anything. I went back to the hotel at night. I forced the waiter to implement it, so I got tea, the shower head was repaired, and the hot water bottle was replaced. The girls at the front desk seemed to be on their phones all day, and I was dealt with several times. Smiling and sent to the door to leave. 2. The smell in the bathroom seems to have not been dealt with properly. There is always a smell floating on the bed. It is better to close the bathroom door. This problem seems to be incurable; 3. The design of the desk and seat is unreasonable, and it is impossible to stretch your legs , so you can't work and use the computer, and it becomes a decoration (such as a photo). 4. I booked a video room with Ctrip. I thought it was a wall projection, but it turned out to be a very small TV (60 inches). This kind of TV cannot be called a video room.
