- cloth hanger with clips was not in good order; side table is badly stained.
- it may be on purpose but no tv & no phone is a no-no for customer experience. Phone to contact front desk remains the most efficient & direct means of communication & service; even in today's high tech era.
- why create a dent in customer experience when breakfast is covered yet charge for coffee?"

There's a convenient parking lot downstairs. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The service was superb; a dedicated staff member even contacted us in advance, communicating promptly via WeChat, and provided shuttle service to and from the scenic area entrance. A helpful tip for visitors: the entrance tickets are valid for three days, and you'll need your ID as it's frequently checked once you're inside the scenic area. Furong Ancient Town itself is incredibly beautiful. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience."

"Zhang was the nicest host ever. He took us to the town and train station and didn’t even make us pay him extra. He was really nice as helped us whenever we needed anything. The hotel was perfect. The prettiest view and spacious room. Really good bathroom where the shower and toilet are separated. Everything is clean and smells good. The air conditioning works perfectly. I think it was completely worth it staying here, as we got the best of both worlds: we could go enjoy the town but come back to the hotel and enjoy the amazing view and calmness of the river. If I ever come back to Furong I’m staying here again! Thank you so much for everything!!"

"The room was absolutely spotless! Perched across the river, the guesthouse offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Furong Town's entire nightscape. Enjoying those stunning night lights from the comfort of my bed was a truly magical experience. They also have a fantastic viewing terrace, which was a real highlight! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the younger owner was quite charming! Its location is also very convenient, just about a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. Considering it's a river-view room right within the scenic area, the price offered exceptional value for money."

GGuest UserThe car can be parked downstairs at night, there is no elevator in the hanging building, and the bathroom in the Linhe room is a pit! The street room is a toilet! The facilities are quite satisfactory, the service is self-service, and I didn't see anyone after I got the room card! The bath water is hot and flushing, the mattress is hard for us, and the pillow quilt is very comfortable! There are not many restaurants around, but the taste is OK! After breakfast, go to the cottage after eating rice noodles in the store next to it!

The hotel decoration seems to be old, and there are many places in the corners that show the vicissitudes of life. The housekeeping was generally OK; the glass windows were sealed and could not be opened for ventilation. There is a vegetable market downstairs, with many restaurants and fruit vendors, and a supermarket not far away. The shower room is too small, and you have to be careful when turning around; the wash basin faucet needs to be left with cold water for a long time before hot water comes out. The hotel has its own parking lot, which feels a bit cramped.

The lights are dark and yellow at night; the bed is harder than the bed in the poor county of Sangzhi where I have lived for 60 yuan a night, and the size of the cushion and the mattress is not right, and it is a circle smaller. The quilt cover of the other bed looks old, and the black dots are still broken; I received more than 100 hotel rooms and didn’t even have a bottle of mineral water. I traveled to live in rooms of large and small B&Bs, hotels and hotels in the province. It was the first time I saw more than 100 rooms without mineral water; there was an old TV but no remote control; There were multiple wifi and passwords written in the room, and they were quickly connected, but the next morning, it may be around five or six o'clock or seven o'clock. Hygienic: The table is very clean and the beds are relatively clean. But when I first checked in, I found that the bag of shampoo that should have been placed on the plate was thrown out in a mess. The hotel was definitely not sorted out; There are many yellow spots in the squat toilet. I keep pressing the water many times, and it is a little better, but it still can't be washed away. The hotel is not brushed. There is also a bedside table. When I look for the remote control of the air conditioner, I pull it. There are four sugar dumplings left by the last passenger, which are reserved for the New Year.
Service: If you don't put mineral water, you know that there is no service here. Generally speaking, no matter whether a homestay, a hotel or a hotel is within 100 yuan in Hunan Province, two bottles of mineral water are standard, but this one does not. It was raining heavily when I arrived, and the old man on duty forced me to park my car in a very close place. After parking, I walked to the hotel with my suitcase in the pouring rain. Second, the hotel was on the third floor, up a staircase next to the waiting room. There was no elevator. I regretted climbing to the third floor, but the boss had already given me a parking ticket. In order not to let the boss lose the parking fee, I reluctantly stayed for one night. Third, the room window had no door and window buckles, which meant that the window could be opened from the outside, and this window could be fully opened, unlike the windows of ordinary hotels where you can only open a small gap and people can't get in.
