"The receptionist was incredibly helpful and responsive. As tourists from out of town visiting Xiangyang, she promptly answered all our questions. I brought some fresh produce and was worried about not having a refrigerator because of the heat, but she kindly helped me out. It wasn't a big deal, but it showed her attentiveness! The room was spacious and very clean, making it comfortable for children and the elderly. The suite was on a high floor with a good view. It even had a smart toilet. Although the town is small, the overall stay was excellent. Thumbs up!"

Fortunately, I checked it, otherwise it was quite dangerous. I pushed the window and came in. Second, there was also a dirty thing found on the quilt, a bit like blood, a little on a pillow, and the waiter came to help me change it in the middle of the night. "Stayed at Teke Boutique Hotel again after two years, full of surprises! The facilities are fully upgraded, the intelligent customer control is super convenient, and the front desk service is still intimate. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft and I slept until dawn. We arrived at nearly two o'clock in the morning on the 2nd. Maybe the front desk was worried that Gucheng, who could not turn on the street lights, would let us lose our way and call to ask. After arriving at the store, because the parking space was tight, the front desk did not hesitate to get up and help us find a parking space, and, and stayed in front of a few parking spaces, helped us occupy it. The front desk staff at late night should be tired, but she is wearied and tireless. A guest who came to consult the store, because the room was full, he looked halfway through the door and turned away. The front desk also apologized that the room was full and kept up with the sentence ”slow away.” The full house status has nothing to do with her, the business that does not return has nothing to do with her, but a slow walk is not only professionalism, but also personal cultivation.
These services will make me give up complaining about the loose faucet and the small details of the room with debris, which is really useful. Thinking of my supervisor Yuki, she also held up a piece of the day.
However, it is still recommended that attention to room maintenance and minor repairs, regardless of my experience, can greatly reduce the cost of maintenance and updates in the later stage.

GGuest User我每年出差比較多，住過的大酒店也比較多，但這次確實驚艷到我了。在一個鄉鎮有這麼好的酒店真的不容易，這次是帶着4個長者2個小孩出來玩的，開始的時候鑽過沒有路燈的山洞還以為被*了，當入住以後才發現網上的評分真不是刷出來的。服務態度也非常棒，我們訂的無早餐，老闆還贈送了我們8份早餐。酒店的飯菜也非常可口，菜量很大，這是我沒想到的，周圍環境有一種世外桃源的感覺
