"I chose this hotel for a business trip again this year. The service attitude at the front desk was very good. Ms. Kaimi was as enthusiastic as ever. I arranged a satisfactory king-bed river-view room. When I woke up in the morning, the scenery was pleasant and I was in a good mood. "I rarely give such a low score. Little Red Potato 🍠 recommended it. It was said that it was by the Jialing River and that it was a park in itself with beautiful environment, so we chose this place. We checked in late and it was raining heavily. After 11:00 at night, the light outside the hotel was dim. We stayed in the administrative building and asked if we could show us the way because we were in the last building and were unfamiliar with it. The front desk service was very unprofessional and rude. It took repeated requests before they agreed. There was no one on duty at the front desk of Fengqi Building. The room was very old and shabby. The curtains were broken. The outer electric and manual curtains did not work. I insisted until 8 o'clock in the morning and called the waiter. The waiter said that this would happen after a long time. I did not wait inside and went directly to the restaurant. The restaurant has very few varieties. The waiters at the door did not stand straight. They were hunched over and crawling. I did not see anyone polite or say hello in the whole hotel. It felt like a guesthouse. The hotel as a whole was very poor. No matter what it was, it did not meet the five-star standard, not even the four-star standard. The worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none."

"On the way back from Lanzhou, I decided to rest in Guangyuan for one night. When I arrived, it was already 11pm. It suddenly started raining heavily. The parking spaces in the hotel were all full. I called the front desk and they were told that I could park outside. I reported the parking fee, got the room card and opened the door and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The sheets and pillows were very soft. I had a good sleep all night. When I woke up, I happened to be on the floor where we lived for free. It's rare to have such a great experience with breakfast. I will stay here next time I have a chance to pass by. I hope that the hotel will get better and better and be filled with guests!"

Cleanliness: Very clean. There was no dust on the small table on the balcony. After two bowls of food, they were cleaned up in the middle of the stay.
Environment: Everything is good. The only drawback is that the floor is not high, and the smell of hot pot and barbecue from the restaurant downstairs will drift into the room.

"I came to Guangyuan for a trip this week. I hesitated for a long time online and finally chose Magnolia. First of all, the location is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi or bus to eat. The front desk staff arranged a view room for us. We can see the scenery on both sides. The room is very bright. The bathroom is large and clean.
One good thing is that although the hotel is facing the street, it is not noisy at night and I slept very well. The attitude of the staff is great (*^▽^*)"

Llorsh olczkPros: The hotel is easy to find, convenient to check in, and the rooms are clean and warm.
Disadvantages: Close to the square, too noisy. The pillows are uncomfortable and the bed is too hard. Only one room key was given on the first day, and another one was given after a complaint. Other guests were noisy and the children upstairs were jumping for a long time.
Advice: The hotel should establish noise management rules, but no one cares. The noise makes it impossible to rest. There are some minor issues, but I will only mention the main ones here.优点：酒店位置好找，入住方便，房间干净温暖。
缺点：靠近广场，太吵。枕头不舒服，床太硬。第一天只有一张房卡，投诉后才多给了一张。其他客人很吵，楼上的孩子跳了很久。
建议：酒店应该制定噪音管理规定，但没人管。噪音让人无法休息。还有一些小问题，但这里只提主要的。

The guesthouse is located in the heart of the old town's commercial street, and there's a nice rice noodle shop right across the street where you can have breakfast—very convenient. The owners are a young couple who are very kind and welcoming. After we parked our car in the parking lot outside the old town, they personally came to pick us up on their bikes. When we left, it was raining, but they still went out of their way to take us to the parking lot. I even forgot my water bottle in the lobby, and they braved the rain to bring it to me again. In short, this place is highly recommended; you should check it out! Since I forgot to take pictures, I'm posting two pictures of the old town streets to prove I was actually there, and I'm not kidding.
