"Maybe there were so many people staying during the Spring Festival that the quality of room service couldn't keep up. When we checked in, there was water on the toilet floor. We couldn't contact the ”Customer Service Center” button on the phone in the room. To find customer service, we had to go to the front desk on the first floor. The hot spring is quite good, the water is changed and cleaned very frequently, and it is generally clean."

"After doing a lot of research, I finally chose this apartment to stay. It was right to choose from so many! The room is very well ventilated. Most of the major furniture and electrical appliances are available in the room. There are three air conditioners in the whole house. The owner is very generous! There is also a hot spring pool outside the balcony in such a cold weather. It's very comfortable to soak in a warm hot spring. The room is also very clean. The aunt who came to clean up the next day was also very polite. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I will give priority to this apartment when I come back during the New Year."

"The day I went there was very late. The hot spring was only soaked the next day. The waiter sent the ticket. You can check out at 12 o'clock and then go in the hot spring. The room hygiene is still decent and large. There is a small balcony where you can smoke and it does not affect others. Although the hot spring place is not big, the facilities are complete. The 1 meter 8 deep hot spring pool is very good."

The room hygiene is called ”sterile level”, the bedding is neatly stacked and wrinkle-free, the bathroom tiles are clean as new and there is no smell, and even the corners are meticulously maintained. The environment design is simple and fresh, warm colors are embellished with green plants, and the lighting is transparent to make the space more spacious and bright. Can you upgrade it and stop using the old facilities? It is not convenient for children. They have to ask how to use it when watching TV. Qt said it is still complicated. 🤣, you should think about it. It is still inconvenient for families to stay. It is more important for guests to use it conveniently without having to find staff!

CCalYanThe restaurant is big enough and the room is spacious but dilapidated. It lacks regular maintenance and repairs. The breakfast food is acceptable, but the variety and price can be adjusted. There are more Western food options. The service is pretty good. The water supply and water pressure are strong but not very environmentally friendly. I hope the maintenance and food can be improved so that I can stay again in the future.
