"The natural environment is good, but it is very remote. The supermarket takeaway starts at 88, and it takes about 1 hour. However, the takeaway can be delivered directly to the room, which is convenient, and there are robots delivering food. But if you call more than 4 bottles of free mineral water in a room, you have to pay! Unheard of! I accompanied my daughter to participate in the competition, but I booked a room by myself. Occasionally I would go downstairs to see her. The development waiter's service attitude towards the children who came to participate in the competition was different from that towards independent guests like me. I won't go into details. Nothing else, it's pretty good. The scenery on my balcony is beautiful, and I also took pictures of the sunrise and the sea of clouds!
Finally, I must praise it. Because there are many children of different ages, it is inevitable that they will forget things after leaving. The hotel actually made a detailed table of what each child missed in each room! To be honest, this is really meticulous!"

"We were given a room upgrade and early check-in, making our stay a very pleasant one. The room was beautifully designed, with a light woody scent upon entering, making for a very comfortable sleep. There were electric curtains, and the balcony door opened to a view. The breakfast was unique, nutritious, and delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The B&B is within walking distance of attractions like Dream Valley, the Qin Palace, and the Qingming Riverside Scene. There are also some popular restaurants nearby, and the housekeepers will provide directions to relevant attractions. Overall, it's very convenient. I would recommend this B&B to any friends or relatives visiting Hengdian."

"The online reviews were very positive, so we decided to book their duplex suite. Their service was incredibly warm and attentive. We were traveling with kids and had quite a bit of luggage, and a lovely lady at the front desk even helped us carry it. Once we got to our room, she made sure to turn on all the air conditioners for us before leaving. As two families, the layout with one room upstairs and one downstairs, each with its own independent bathroom, was extremely convenient. The location is also excellent for getting around, with a light rail station right outside the door."

"This is the most cost-effective hotel I stayed in on a business trip to Dongyang. It was much better than I expected. The pictures are consistent with the actual room. The room decoration style is better than the pictures. The pictures look a bit small, which is understandable because it is a special offer room. I didn't expect the actual space to be quite large. The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas. It is very quiet at night and the soundproofing is very good. I asked the front desk for earplugs but they didn't work. For someone with poor sleep quality, this is really friendly."

__766622282824066****I took my kids to Hengdian for a three-day, two-night trip and was completely satisfied. The Guomao Tower is a truly four-star hotel, with first-class facilities and service. We booked a standard room, but the front desk upgraded us to a suite free of charge. It was a pleasant surprise! The suite had a spacious living room, a large refrigerator, a laundry room, and a walk-in closet. It was so comfortable, the kids didn't want to leave. Dining is conveniently located near the hotel, with numerous small restaurants just outside. We bought the hotel and attraction package, which included unlimited access, and I personally felt it was a great deal. It was hot and we didn't want to overdo it, so we visited one park each morning and evening, then slept and watched TV in the hotel in the afternoon. It wasn't tiring, and we didn't have to worry about losing our tickets. The electric shuttle bus within the park was very convenient, saving us from running around on hot days and making it easy to catch a show. It's a bit pricey at 230 yuan per day with no restrictions. If I come back, I'll definitely stay at the Guomao Tower again.

WWanuatumoliThis hotel offers excellent value for money! It's perfectly situated right by the lively night market. We booked a family room with one king and one single bed for just over 100 yuan. Upon check-in, the owner's wife kindly upgraded us to a room with one king and two single beds, which was twice the size! As two adults and one child, we each had our own bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The room was also surprisingly clean and tidy, and the bathroom was quite spacious. There were plenty of power outlets, including USB charging ports, making it very convenient for all our devices. Parking is free; you can either find a spot directly across the street for quick access or use the nearby parking lot opposite, which is also very handy. Given the price, it truly deserves a full five-star rating. We'll definitely book here again on our next visit to Hengdian!
To make it even better, I have a few minor suggestions: The shower stall in the bathroom was a little small; it would be improved if it could be extended slightly towards the toilet area. Also, for what felt like a suite with two rooms, there weren't enough mirrors – only a half-length vanity mirror in the bathroom. Adding a full-length mirror in the hallway would be a great improvement. Lastly, since the room's entrance opened directly onto the main corridor (like a standard room), we experienced noticeable noise from the hallway in the mornings, suggesting that the sound insulation could be better.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. The air conditioning was the most thoughtfully designed I've encountered in a hotel. The vent is located near the bathroom door, so it doesn't blow directly on guests but also ensures air circulation in the bathroom – a very sensible design. There's a dedicated area for drying clothes, which was very convenient.
The service was impeccable, with staff always available and responsive, on par with what you'd expect from a luxury, star-rated hotel. Breakfast was also quite good. The wontons were freshly prepared by a chef, and the noodles were wonderfully springy, though the flavors were a bit subtle.
While there's a dedicated underground parking garage, only the outdoor parking spaces have two slow EV charging stations. This made charging inconvenient, and I'd suggest they improve this.

AAnonymous UserThis stay was beyond my expectation. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a luxurious and warm atmosphere. The staff had a sweet smile and took the initiative to help with the luggage. They also introduced the hotel facilities and the surrounding fun places in detail. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and you could enjoy the beautiful city view. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were of very good quality. The restaurant's dishes were exquisite and delicious, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western food. The hotel is in an excellent location, with food streets and attractions nearby, and convenient for travel. It was so comfortable to stay here, and I couldn't find any fault with it. I strongly recommend it to everyone, and I will stay here again next time!

GGuest UserStayed in this hotel again after the combo tickets ended. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Could see Qinwang Palace and Dream Valley from the room. The non-smoking room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and had many varieties including some western food. Unlimited water bottles for guests. I also tried their free suan-mei soup which was very tasty. Laundry facility included a washer, a washer/dryer combo and space for hanging dry clothes. It took about 3 hours to dry clothes in the dryer.

The laundry was free, which was a nice surprise.

Xxinhui shelwynI really enjoyed my stay at Hengdian, Half Summer. It’s not too crowded, I don’t have to wait for the lift for too long unlike in a hotel. Check in was a breeze. The staff there were friendly and helpful. For breakfast, you can choose either Chinese style or western style. I preferred the Chinese style breakfast. The bed was comfortable and I was able to have a good sleep every night. The shower always had hot water, even the basin as well. Basic toiletries were provided. The staff even provided complimentary mineral water (daily) and fruits as well. I could also order food delivery.
The location is wonderful. I took a high speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao to Yiwu station, then from Yiwu station, I took a cab to 凌云 Lingyun Metro/Light Rail station. Then I took the metro/light rail from 凌云 Lingyun to 明清宫 Ming Qing Palace.
Once I exit the metro/Light Rail station, I took didi to the hotel directly.
From the hotel, it is only a 10-15 mins walk to 2 local night markets and bubble tea shops. Not to mention that the attractions are also just a short didi away.
The only thing that I hoped they provided was local tv channels. They do have a projector, but one would have to subscribe to watch local shows.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.

The main reason is that the front desk service is good here. The air conditioning in the room is not very cool. The effect is very good. It is very cool. Opposite is the wood carving city, you can go in and stroll around, the hotel downstairs lobby also has a canteen to buy things, and the place to eat is also very convenient.
