就是希望酒店能加強人員培訓和增值服務，打印機沒墨用不了，聽前台説已經早沒墨了，一直不換，讓冷凍的水也衹給我冷藏了，説冰櫃温度達不到，但冰櫃温度很可以調的好嗎，如果天熱了客人需要冷凍的食物多了，你們也是不管温度直接冷藏嗎？另外早餐還行，就是希望牛奶不要摻水，真的省不了幾個錢，摻了反而沒法喝更浪費，早餐準備的量也很少，8點半不到去的，很多東西沒有了就是沒有了。"
