The hotel is only one block near the river and you can walk to the White Tower. The hotel has a friendly staff, her name Tan Hongli (please use translator app to communicate in Chinese). She can assist you and always care for all client inhouse. The room is large with tea reception area at window. Warm and comfort bed, hot shower is immediate when need. I would recommend friends to this hotel, and repeat."

"Absolutely wonderful homestay and hostess! I was travelling alone and suffered some altitude sickness and the hostess was so kind. She organised the oxygen machine so I could sleep and recover from the sickness. I stayed 2 nights originally and loved it so much i went back later and stayed another night.The rooms are extremely comfortable, great hot water pressure, excellent heating. The hostess speaks excellent English and also can organise carpooling with taxis to reach Yading. I highly recommend to anyone travelling to Daocheng."

"I had a great stay at Snow Area Hot Spring Garden Hotel! It’s a very good hotel and a perfect base if you’re flying in or out of Yading Airport — they offer a free shuttle service, which is super convenient since the airport is about an hour’s drive away. One of the highlights was the “midnight snack” they provide between 9 PM and midnight: a big bowl of delicious noodles and soup delivered right to your room. Honestly, it felt more like a full meal than a snack — so comforting after a long day! The staff may not be fluent in English, but they are incredibly kind and tried their best to assist us. We felt very welcomed throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything a traveler could need. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay before or after your Yading trip, I highly recommend Snow Area Hot Spring Garden Hotel!"

"The hotel is just right near the ticket office 3 minutes by walking. The room was clean and warm providing a full set of amenities, an electric blanket, and also the oxygen machine. All of the staff have the best service minds, one of them gave me a lot of suggestions before I arrived through WeChat and also prepared a taxi to pick me up at the bus station at late night. Another one gave me good taking care since I got a serious headache when I arrived hotel, he gave me and installed an oxygen machine which helped me feel better eventually.
