"客觀描述本次入住不愉快的幾個點：
1.房務態度問題
房間有煙酒味提出換房需求，前台讓客房阿姨帶我看下其他房間，客房阿姨開了一間就開始不耐煩了，説都這個味道她做這個都聞習慣了，都是一樣的。（房間床品沒動過，進去覺得味道接受不了直接就下去申請換房間）
2.前台態度問題
對講機裏説讓房務帶我們看808-809房間，上去了又改口讓房務帶我們看803-805房間，夥伴下去換房卡説被前台擺臉色。
3.房務態度問題
蚊蟲多，房間裏沒有蚊香液，下樓問前台他説先上去待會兒叫人給我送上來。
1小時左右，有個阿姨敲門送蚊香液上來了，洗髮露沐浴露是旅行裝不夠用，我問阿姨再拿一瓶，她説不早講，一趟講完，她又要再跑下去一趟。
5.早餐單調
早餐和洗衣房在9樓，電梯到8樓，需要往上走一層，菜品衹有我圖裡發的那些，實在沒得選，跟廚房説煮了碗麪，包子是直接放蒸盤裡保温的，有些發硬，沒什麼可供挑選的菜品。（餐廳座位設定了很多，可惜菜品沒幾個）
6.無衣架，無衣櫃，房間裏無可晾衣服的地方。（洗衣房是一個小房間從8樓步行上9樓即可）
附言:樓下入住送花茶，養生壺煮的會有人給你送到房間，有其他女性用品醫療用品有需要的也可以聯繫前台，有免費停車場，床品被套有消毒洗滌的味道，可以放心。

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel on a business trip. I had stayed there before. The experience was okay, so I booked it again. The room I was given this time had dead bugs on the bedding, and there were more than one or two. I don't know if it was because no one had stayed in the room for a long time or the bedding was not clean. After I checked in, I washed and worked first. I found dead bugs on the bed when I went to bed very late, so I cleaned it myself. The next day, I found the front desk and asked them to help change a set of bedding. The bedding used that night was cleaner. However, I stayed for two consecutive days. When checking in, the front desk only opened a valid room card for one day without informing me. As a result, I went back to the hotel at night and went to the room and ran down to reactivate the room card. The room was very far away, which made people angry. The front desk not only didn't say sorry, but also shirked the responsibility, which was speechless. In short, this experience was quite bad. The room facilities and environment are OK, the price-performance ratio is good, and it would be better if there were fewer strange accidents.

I thought that breakfast might be sloppy with few people, but surprisingly, the breakfast was very rich and unexpectedly rich. SSiu ChungAlthough I had chosen a room in a high-rise unit when making a reservation, I had to pay extra to stay in the room when I checked in. As a result, I didn't want the lower floor to be too close to the hotel nightclub, so I paid extra to stay in a higher floor.
The room space is satisfactory and consistent with the description, but there is no bathtub equipment. Customer service said that there are no bathtub rooms in the entire hotel.
