"Just as pictured! Nicely located and I feel the price was reasonable for where in town it is. They kindly held our bags when we got there before check in and again after check out the following day. They offer water/coffee/tea for free in the lobby."

"I booked a deluxe suite with an open kitchen including electrical stove, small refrigerator, dishwasher which were the reason I booked it. We cooked every dinner during our 5 nights stay. The living is very spacious in comparison to the suite I booked in Zermatt and Grindelwald. My suite is in top floor had a decent bedroom, living roon, kitchen and bathroom. The is new renovated and in modern plus simple design. I loved it and highly recommend to the family want to cook. The breakfast was good but not many choices and changes. This hotel doesn't have any pool or gym. However, it just 2 minutes walking from Luzern train station and bus stops. Coops and shopping malls are nearby. Everything is convenient there. City walk to the landmarks and pier for Luzern lake cruise are all walking distance. The only downside is the noise from the roof top's bar during midnight. But I didn't complain as I were too tired after a long day outing."

"This Hotel seriously surprised us for a Boutique Hotel. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a very high quality service and great explanation of the hotel and the city. We were also given city WiFi and public transportation pass courtesy of the Hotel which came in really handy during our stay! The breakfast buffet was very good also. I will defiantly come to this hotel again!"

"Amazing hotel near Luzerne train station. Many bakery nearby. Hotel staff was friendly and kind, provided toiletries and water. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. Very short walk to the old town area which was great!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location and is incredibly clean and comfortable. It offers exceptional value for money and was definitely the most comfortable hotel of our entire trip. Breakfast was just okay, so you might prefer to eat out. It's also very close to the train station."

"This is a very nice and clean hotel. The best 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Has Refurbished rooms. There is plenty of well trained staff to serve you. Centrally located and only 1/2 block to the main train station. It’s easy to bring your luggage to the station so you can go to your next city. The train station also has many food vendors and a couple of markets to buy sandwiches and salads and baked goods."

Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. Free WiFi – Strong and reliable throughout the hotel."

"Stayed in Ibis styles for 2 days. The hotel receptionists and staff were so approachable and very accommodating. They guided us on how to go about the city with the different transportation available and the must see attractions in Luzern. Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Very clean room and toilet. I will recommend it to my friends who will visit Switzerland."

"Highly recommended! The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Lucerne train station and all the major attractions, with a bus stop right outside. I absolutely loved the hotel's decor. The room was very spacious, and they provided a full range of amenities including shower caps, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. (Toothbrushes and toothpaste, however, need to be requested from the front desk.) Plus, there were complimentary snacks and drinks specially prepared for guests! The hotel breakfast was delicious, and if you're not keen on the buffet, they also offer an à la carte menu. Additionally, the hotel also boasts exceptionally delicious Chinese cuisine (though be warned, it's quite expensive). The hotel is right by Lake Lucerne, and it's truly idyllic to just sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and enjoy a drink when you have some downtime. 😌 Overall, this is easily the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Switzerland. The only drawback? It's a bit pricey, haha!"
