"The hotel location is great. Staff are nice and let us check in a bit early. The most concern is the room has no aircon ( which we know this is very common in Europe but the room is really lack of ventilation)"

"Located in the heart of Interlaken, the owner is Chinese and very easy to communicate with. It's a B&B style hotel in the heart of the tourist area, and the price/performance ratio is good."

"Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion)."

"Hotel Central Continental, one of the first hotels of interlaken West situated adjacent to the train and bus station. I seriously felt you get the best views from the room balconies especially the corner rooms. I will give 10/10 for the scenic views from the balcony. Usually I am not a sound sleeper, but here I had a peaceful sleep and woke up with full energy hearing the birds chirping music. The amenities can be improved. Breakfast provided is good, they allow to fry the eggs which is unique.😄"

"Apparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. However, the staff was still very nice, and manage to provide some solutions for me and my friends."

"I decided to go to Interlaken temporarily. When I booked the room, there were not many listings. I chose this hotel casually. The overall experience exceeded expectations. Since the hotel's charging jack is a small hole, the large hole plug I brought cannot be used. The front desk of the hotel actively helped me find the adapter. All the staff at the hotel were warm and patient."

"very nice locations. the staff there are very nice. recommend us good restaurant and tour spots. very friendly. room with nice view are plus. will come to to stay here again. walking distance to Train station."

"We were very satisfied with this hotel. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious (the smoked meat really whetted my appetite!). The front desk service was excellent. Right outside the hotel, there's a bus stop (for both directions), which is super convenient! Even walking to the train station only takes about 7 minutes, so it's very accessible. Downstairs, there's a pizza restaurant, and the hotel is located on a lively main street. There are Coop supermarkets on both sides, so if you want to save money, you can buy a roasted chicken there for dinner at the hotel. Compared to newer hotels, this one is a bit older, but it wins on price, which is quite affordable. If you don't mind the age, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean (though small). Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"Interlaken is very close to the West Station, with convenient transportation. The house is also beautiful, with a large kitchen on the first floor. If I had known, I would have stayed here for a few more days to radiate the surrounding areas."

"It's not a brand new building, so it doesn't feel super clean, but it's still well-maintained for an older building, so it wasn't dirty or uncomfortable. There's an elevator, but be careful because there are short stairs leading to the front desk on the ground floor. The front desk staff and the staff who manage the breakfast buffet are very friendly and kind. The air conditioning works well. The bathroom sink also has drinking water, but I didn't use it. Haha. It's a good value and a friendly place. Oh, and the breakfast was the best except for the lack of eggs. Everything was so delicious. It's been a while since I had a satisfying breakfast!"
