Best Pet friendly Hotels in Interlaken

The hotel is very convenient to reach, it seems equidistant from both the East & West Stations. Since it was just a short 2 nights stay, we did not take the housekeeping service, and when we requested water, the receptionist did not seem happy with us and also with the Housekeeping team. Seemed a bit weird. However, the housekeeping team was kind and courteous always.

The guestroom was good, very clean & hotel amenities ”Pure Herbs” was very good. Front office staff & Housekeeping was kind to provide a few more additional bottles for our 3 nights stay. Our room was facing the road but we had very quiet & peaceful rest. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant provide excellent service and took care of us very well during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again when in Interlaken. The location of the hotel can be access by bus 103 from both Interlaken west & Interlaken ost train stations or a 15 mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Very convenient. Easy to locate. However, it will not be the place for the budget conscious. You are in Switzerland anyway, pamper yourself to the high ”quality of life”

Good location and nice old hotel. However, not five stars. Tired, cheaply appointed rooms. No air-conditioning - though fan provided. Pleasant looking, stocked bar - never staffed... would have liked a drink. Service -generally ok but a little erratic. Did not really feel like Switzerland.

The hotel need renovation. Facilities are not up to date, tho it’s clean and location is good, but reli need better amenities in room such as coffee machine or kettle or glasses that allows you to drink water. The only cup we got is the one used to brush which is quite not worthy for this price.

Our 1st impression of Hotel Krebs was great! Reception was warm & explained in detail the hotel policies. Our room gives us a feel as though we are living in the lap of luxury! The perfect blend of size & style, we are amazed with their spaciousness & exquisite decor. They provide bedroom slippers provided, toothbrush, shaver & cream, cotton pad, safe, hair dryer, etc. These advanced amenities definitely make our stay nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location of the hotel was awesome. It's just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West Station. There's also many different buses u can take to many different beautiful attractions like Lake Brienz. I have seen many reviews about the cheese fondue from their restaurant. We tried it too & was so in love with it. As we brought our 3.5yrs old child along, we can only have cheese fondue without alcohol. We replaced it with apple juice at an additional cost of 5chf. Indeed food was really good! And the waiters were really kind & friendly. They were very kind & patient with our little girl. She was given colouring materials for entertainment. Thanks to the waiters. We had lots of laughter while enjoying our meals. Oh yes, there's a big fluffy black cat who often patronise the hotel & restaurant. It usually sleeps on the first chair near the left of the entrance. Staff of the hotel & restaurant are really nice, loving little animals & taking care of them very well. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience staying here. We would gladly come back again!

Elegant hotel, just a short walk of 5 minutes away from interlaken west hotel. Bathtub and amenities were superb. Good breakfast too!

The best and most expensive hotel in the area. The room facing the Jungfrau during the peak season costs nearly 20,000 per night, which is still painful. It's my second time staying here. I made a mistake the first time and booked a suite, thinking it must face the Jungfrau, but it turned out not to be. It was an L-shaped room, half of which faced the mountain behind. So the view of the suite is definitely better than all the big beds. Later, I asked the front desk, and they told me that if I wanted to book a room facing the Jungfrau, I should remember one word: all the rooms with deluxe face the Jungfrau. I booked it correctly the second time, but I didn't communicate by email in advance, so I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I forgot whether it was 5 or 6 floors in total, so after booking, remember to ask the agent to email and reserve a room on a high floor. I think the overall cost performance is average. It's enough to experience it once. For the same price, I can book an airbnb nearby with a view 10 blocks away for a week (see the last picture)

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the train station and is surrounded by restaurants and a hypermarket. The hotel is clean; however, it’s noteworthy that the private toilet is separate from the room. Another important aspect to consider is the lack of soundproofing by floor due to the old design. For light sleepers, it’s advisable to take note, as sounds such as trolley movements, footsteps from the upper floor, or chatting noise from adjacent rooms may be audible, potentially leading to early morning disturbances.

Very close to the East Station, only 10 minutes walk with luggage. The surrounding scenery is also nice. The only downside is that on the first day of stay (Saturday, 12/7), I don't know why the church bells across the street rang frequently, which affected my sleep a bit (maybe it was a Christmas event)

I love everything about this hostel. Location is just beside the Interlaken Ost station. Easy to find. From station, just go to the right. It is just next building. Harder Kulm is just walking distance from hotel. There is big coop and few shops nearby. Restaurant is just nearby. Easy to find food even Indian cuisine also here. Souvenir shop near the bridge is cheaper than any other area. Keychain 5 for chf25. My room have an amazing view. Wake up in the morning with the mountain view is just fascinating. I booked mixed dorm of 4 because cheap price. But along the stay of 3 days, we are lucky enough to have only 2 of us in the dorm. Appreciate it much. There is Lounge with kettle, microwave, tv and eating area inside. They are lots of shower room, and separated washroom, just near to the room. I love the breakfast. Even the cornflakes is tasty. We can make hot chocolate from machine. They have a common area with pool table, sofa, kids area. The staff is very nice, make a good start there. I just in love with everything from this hostel.
