staff go above and beyond, so friendly and helpful. breakfast included is a short range of cornflakes, oats and yoghurt and bread but enough to fill you up for the day. great location i don’t have a bad word to say. we loved our time here

Amazing staff. It's only 14 minutes walking from the Interlaken ost station and it's a very pleasant walk. The room is spacious, clean and with a breathtaking view. The bathroom was pretty clean too. Bed comfortable. They give you a free ticket for the public transportation in the city, to be honest I didn't used it, because ia amazing to walk in Interlaken. Breakfast is simple, but more than enough. I really loved my stay.

Perfect for staying with people you know and don’t know. It has a lockers inside the room. I stay in the room with 4 beds and 4 lockers. They will give you 4 the Key card marked with A B C D. And you cannot unlock locker A with key card B C D. I love this place.

We stayed here 11th and 12th July. We were 4 persons and took a family room. We can't wait to return there. Very warm hospitality. Reception staffs are extremely helpful. I got all the required information for travelling from there. Best possible location. Only 3 bus stops away from Interlaken OST Railway station. Rooms are good enough considering the situation that Switzerland is too too costly. The swimming pool is 10 min away from the hotel. They provide good enough breakfast. You can cook for your dinner and lunch. They have all the provision. Special mention: I am very much thankful specially to the young lady who was in the reception on 11th and 12th of July. My mother in law could not go to Jungfrau on 12th of July in the morning. She was alone in the hotel room. As the hotel does not provide lunch we requested the lady to arrange for her food from outside. She did it perfectly. Even when one food vendor denied to deliver lunch she searched a different vendor and arranged the food. We will always remember this.

Starting from an excellent location, this hostel has everything and more to offer. They certainly follow a value ＞＞＞ money strategy. The staff is super helpful at all times to answer your questions about everything related to the area: amenities, transport, and experiences. My stay (of 9 days) was 50% for leisure and the other 50% for working remotely. And the working environment provided in the place is out of this world. From the breathtaking views of the co-working space to the conditions, attention to detail, and the care of the staff to keep this a calm and quiet place for focused work. I can't recommend this place enough!
