Hotel Chalet Swiss thank you! I had a great stay with you. Thank you for all the staff who were very accommodating and helpful. Very clean place to stay & they cleaned the room daily. Near location to bus & train station-Interlaken West. Very satisfying breakfast. They give a blue card for free bus ride. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Old chalet but still clean and with good view, walking distance to the station and some groceries near by.

Location is perfect. Just 10 min walk from interlaken west station and nearby to city centre. Cute little room and wirh beautiful view. Breakfast was a let down as it was very basic. Nothing fancy.

It's a nice place to stay though, new look given to renovated rooms, with wooden floors, noises are a real problem at night, the hotel bar guy keeps opening and closing it even after midnight which is bar closure time. The owner himself is present around the property and keeps watch over things in the day hours. Hotel receptionist lady with glasses lacks manners seriously. Breakfast is not having a good menu. Overall a pricey place which doesn't offer you value for money. The same hotel with 100+/- for 2 nights shall be ok, but 250 CHF is way too much an ask which I found out after asking few other hotels.

Good location, great staff.

First of all, we booked two identical rooms, but when we were given a loft room with a space of about 80 square meters, people could not stand. Seeing the arrogant attitude of the front desk staff, I had no motivation to communicate with them. In addition, your luggage had to be moved from the second floor to the room by stairs. When we got up at night, we hit the ceiling many times. The design of the headboard made our spines sore that we dared not sleep the next day. We endured it for two nights and reported all the problems to Ctrip. Although Ctrip tried hard to communicate with the hotel, the arrogant attitude could not be communicated. I hope Ctrip must make it clear when selling such rooms, based on pictures. I don’t want this hotel to arrange the loft for our Chinese people many times. Such partners should be reviewed to see if they are qualified to be Ctrip’s suppliers. All the photos and videos of the room were given to Ctrip as soon as possible.

This is a traditional Swiss chalet-style hotel. The building at the back is the accommodation space, and the reception and breakfast area are at the front. The rooms were kept clean and very comfortable. It is also easily accessible from Interlaken West Station, so we used it as a base for two nights and visited Grindelwald and Ngfraujoch. We were also very satisfied with the restaurant recommended by the reception staff (about a 3-minute walk from the hotel). Highly recommended!

The traditional Swiss wooden house has the advantage of being able to experience it, but the disadvantage is that the floor is also made of wood, which makes a creaking sound when people step on it, affecting sleep. Breakfast is just that, anyway, people in Switzerland eat bread and instant noodles everywhere

The hotel itself is a little old, but it has a local feel to it, which I think is good. The rooms and dining facilities are old, but they are well-cleaned. There was only a fan in the room, so you need to open the window to cool down. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were all the same, so if you need them, it's a good idea to bring them with you!
