This was our eighth visit to the Alpenpark Hotel in the past 19 years. Since first going on 2005 to this latest trip the quality, service, accommodation was and is still excellent. Our restaurant server, Kristina was both charming and responsive. She sorted all our request and we missed her on her days off ! Asia in the Sports Bar continues to be a great host and runs that facility brilliantly. We did not spend much time with Manfred in the main bar, but as ever his service is also excellent. I would 100% recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone. From the front desk staff to the room service people, the entire hotel is outstanding. We can't wait to come back again soon.

We stayed here 3 nights as part of our tour of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. We would definitely come back to this hotel. The staff is friendly, hotel is clean, rooms are large - ours had a wonderful balcony overlooking the majestic mountains. A late afternoon beer in the garden was a great way to end a day of sightseeing and shopping in Innsbruck.
