Best kept secret. I loved the location of this hotel. Great views. First time visitor to Austria. Spacious rooms. Odd lift. Great views from rooms. Loved the food ( evening meal and breakfast). Great customer service for a tired group arriving late. Hints : * book evening meal * book breakfast * ask at desk for help

We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are upgraded. The breakfast has good variety and the dinners are pretty good (buffet and set menu). Indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Parking is difficult if you come back late at night. Overall this is great value and a great location to explore Tirol. I really enjoyed walking the village and even hiked high up to a chapel known as HeiligWasser one morning with fantastic views all around. The team was very helpful and accomodating for allergies, for room selection and generally went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I wish we had stayed another night or two...next time.

Great stay in this beautiful hotel centrally located in Igls... staff very friendly and helpful...easy walking distance to gondola or can jump on J bus right out front to head into Innsbruck... you must pre purchase bus ticket which can be done in small shop opposite via stop... we were half board and breakfast options and evening meal were delicious and plentiful... would definitely stay here again if visiting the Tirol or Innsbruck.

Love, love, love this place. We stayed in the older part with super large rooms. There were four twin beds in our room and a balcony. The room had vaulted ceiling and modern washroom. The towels were nice and fluffy and the pillows were big and fluffy. Downstairs in the dining room, the meal was awesome with great selection and reasonable prices. There is a small bar which is homey and reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff.

Some rooms do not have elevators and the hotel’s staff will not help you To go to the rooms you have to pass thru the restaurant Waiters in the restaurant are arrogant and not helpful They receive many group tours and do not have capacity in their breakfast room

Stayed for the week through Heidi Ski, Nice clean room,overlooking the Church, and nearby to a few cafes and bars. Friendly and helpful staff which made me feel like one of the Family, Where nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, with good coffee and tea, and plenty of variety of hot and cold food something for everyone. Fabulous Sauna,Steam room, and a 2 person Infrared healing cubicle, and a Indoor pool which leads to outside swimming, Could do with a cold water dispenser. Bus stops outside for the Patschetkofel ski lift which isn’t far away from the hotel. No complaints at all, you won’t get this much for the cost anywhere else, I would gladly stay here again
