Location is a little far from Hallstatt, but it is beautiful place. The view from the hotel room is stunning especially in the morning. Breakfast is OK, staff is friendly. Room is clean. We love this hotel.

I stayed in a quadruple room, which was of very high quality by youth hostel standards. There are two toilets in the quadruple room. The hygiene condition is very good and the facilities are very new. There is also a hair dryer and a two-in-one shower gel and shampoo. The rooms are also very spacious, and there is a kitchen in each room. The guests are well separated from each other, making it very comfortable. Each bedside room is also equipped with a power socket and a board for you to place mobile phones and other charging facilities. For me, it has all the standard facilities required in a youth hostel. What deserves extra points is the 10-point delicious breakfast, 10-point high-quality drinks and food, and the refill speed is satisfactory. I recommend staying here.

Not far from the city center, there is a small church on the edge of the hotel, listening to the bells of the church feels very comfortable. There is a parking lot, suitable for self-driving tour. Good breakfast, suitable for children, I booked a family room, a double bed, a sofa bed, toilet and toilet are independent.

The room is clean and spacious, the service is good, and the location is right next to the North Chain Mountain. You must take the cable car up when you come here, and it would be best if you can reach the top. It is also convenient to go to Maria Theresa Street. The city is not big and you can walk almost anywhere. There is also a large supermarket next to the hotel.

The rooms are much cleaner and more cozy than the pictures. It was nice to have a family of four staying in one room. Breakfast is simple but well prepared. If you make an appointment for more than 2 days and 2 nights, you can receive the Innsbruck Free welcome card by e-mail when you check in. Please consult. I have the intention to visit again.

The hotel has an excellent location in Innsbruck. Everything is very easy to reach on foot or by public transport. The reception staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful. However, the breakfast area and the service staff there are in for criticism. On Sunday, an hour before the end of the breakfast buffet, the place was completely empty. Not only were there no service staff, there were no food items either. There was no bread left, no toast, only 3 rolls, no Danish pastries or croissants. There were no vegetables such as cucumbers, peppers etc. There was only one jam and honey and packaged Nutella. The rest of the jam was gone. Egg dishes and the like were available, but cold. On top of that, the service staff at breakfast were grumpy and unfriendly. The young ladies were audibly arguing in the open kitchen area and cursing the guests. Guests' requests for bread, cheese etc. were dismissed with ”we don't have any, it's sold out”. The inappropriately unpleasant tone and the inability to accept negative feedback from customers made the atmosphere very unpleasant. Overall, the breakfast for a 4* hotel with quite substantial room prices can only be rated as unsatisfactory. The shower in the room also had to be complained about because the shower head was heavily calcified and almost no water came out. The caretaker replaced it well. Only the hose was too short to use the wall bracket. So you had to shower by hand in the sloping roof. Hotel room no. 503 was beautiful and appropriately spacious for a deluxe room. With a small balcony (very nice) at the back and a wonderful view of the Nordkette.

Great location, 8 mins walk to train station and front desk was really nice and helpful. Room was a bit too small and the ceiling was too low even for me (standing at 5 ft) for the 2 storey we booked so I kept bumping my head. Other than that, everything else is great!

We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

Perfect stay, big stay good location! I got upgraded to higher floor and I was lucky to see the Alps from the room. Must try the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant as the views are amazing.
