"Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor."
"The hotel is very close to Innsbruck station! You can see the hotel when you leave the station. Luggage storage is also quite convenient. If you want to travel to Innsbruck, I highly recommend this hotel. However, the facilities and rooms are a bit small, which may be due to the room type we chose, but overall it is comfortable."
"Very nice hotel. Good location, comfortable and clean facilities. The Alps can be seen outside the window. The waiter was friendly. Breakfast and its own restaurant are good. There are plenty of parking spaces, including two parking lots before and after the ground plus two underground parking lots, and there are also charging parking spaces. I saw a comment that if I stayed for more than 2 nights, I would give Innsbruck Card but I didn't enjoy it in my name. I bought it for a fee."

"The hotel is just next to Innsbruck hbf that you can travel by train or bus easily. There is a supermarket inside the train station and its closing time is later than the other supermarket in Innsbruck. The room is a bit small but they have AC in the room which is very important in Innsbruck summer time."
"The concierge guy was most courteous when we arrived very early in the morning to Munich, felt welcomed. He pointed us to what we can do and showed us a nice restroom so we can freshen up.
The room size is good, well designed. Decor highlights German Alpine traditions in a graceful manner. Feeling relaxed when you enter the hotel. The breakfast offers good and plentiful choices. Especially liked their use of tea leaves instead of tea bags."
"Clean and big rooms, with a side view of the Austrian Alps. Slight walk from the old town, but we chose it for its close proximity to the train station. Very helpful receptionist! Fantastic restaurant with a great variety of Austrian dishes too."
"Simple hotel with very welcoming front desk. There are questions and answers, and it is recommended that the tour routes, surrounding traffic, parking, and shopping are introduced in detail! Also recommended local famous restaurants, very good! Breakfast is relatively good, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good! The price is very good."
"Location is super, 6 minutes walk from Innsbruck hbf. Internal as comment by others, furniture is old but is clean. Lift is old style made with wood wall paper and small. Cute instead, the service desk is very helpful. If don't mind on old fashion, this is one of the economy hotel that comes with breakfast. Although is simple breakfast but is nice and clean. Happy for the stay for me👍"
"This trip to Penz Hotel surprised me. The location is more convenient than another veteran hotel by the river that I booked. It took half an hour to walk around the famous scenic spots. Next door downstairs is the mall and delicious Thai food. The rooms also have mountain views. Highlight the garden restaurant on the top floor on the 5th floor with a superb view. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious! There are also Chinese spring rolls and fried zucchini. Meat, seafood, desserts, juices, fruits, cheese have many subdivided varieties in each category, and they are delicious. Specially recommend all kinds of European-style kimchi, especially tuna wrapped in small tomatoes, and soft cheese wrapped in pickled peppers. The strange combination of wonderful flavors, you must try it if you have an international taste!"
"Location: The hotel is located in the old town of Innsbruck, a 15-minute walk from the railway station and a 5-minute walk from the Golden Roof, which is very convenient.
Facilities: The hotel is very mini, the store is small, the elevator is small, the room is small, but it is clean, the room does not have a hot pot, you need to ask the front desk, breakfast is ok, bread, ham, fruit, drinks and salmon."

Amazing
GGuest UserGreat hospitality from the front desk when checking in with complementary drinks. The booking includes the welcome card where all transportation within Innsbruck are included plus free activities that you can sign up online. The Garden Rooms is great for three people. The room might get hot sometimes and the thermostat is controlled by the reception (will need to let them know if you want the room temperature to be lowered). Complementary Chocolate when checking out.
JJem PBeautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.
KKangxianGreat value if you are looking for accommodation in Innsbruck!
The host was very friendly and helpful.
They allow us to use the common area until 12 o’clock while waiting for nightjet!
Highly recommended !!

PPuvinRoom was very clean and bed was comfortable! Fantastic location, just 1 min walk from the centre that has lots of cafes and shops.Breakfast spread was fantastic and gym and sauna were amazing! Beautiful view of the top of Innsbruck!
LLucasThe hotel is in a great location with easy parking and a bus stop in the back. The service in the lobby is very good and you can get detailed tour guides. And most importantly! The view outside the window is pleasant.
AAndrew The GreatGenerally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help.
On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs.
Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.
GGinbowThe room is clean and spacious, the service is good, and the location is right next to the North Chain Mountain. You must take the cable car up when you come here, and it would be best if you can reach the top.
It is also convenient to go to Maria Theresa Street. The city is not big and you can walk almost anywhere. There is also a large supermarket next to the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel was well located outside the main part of Innsbruck which we liked as they had parking. It would have been great if parking was reserved for guests, but we managed. The bus was just around the corner & very easy to use. The breakfast was yummy & had lots of options. Dinner was also yummy. The service was very good. We would definitely stay here again as it was very neat & clean & just what we wanted.

KkfamiliasgExcellent location, golden roof is only a stonr throw away. Room was amazing and spacious with full kitchen and complimentary milk. We only spent 1 night. Just to note for those wanting to book for more than few nights, changing towels and house keeping/room cleaning would be charged fees. Plus, I did not realize this before booking, but there is additional tourist charges for staying, from memory about 35 euro per person.
GGuest UserThis is an old historical long established hotel since year 1912. The location is just nice near to the old town and famous Innsbruck river with best scenery. It is also half way to the top of Innsbruck with J line bus and you will reach the top within 10 minutes bus.
No lift and it will cause you a lot energy to carry your heavy luggage to the room. The wash room and shower is too tiny for adults and you will not find yourself comfortably with it. The breakfast is simple but it is enough to keep you energized for the day.
