The apartment was very well located for our purpose (going to a concert), the furnishings were basically OK for the price/performance ratio. Customer requests (earlier breakfast) were taken into account and implemented perfectly. What we didn't like: Generally speaking, the technology... When we arrived, the check-in machine was broken, and a long queue in front of it was a bit unpleasant. Check-in could be made easier (code lock on the house and apartment door and sending this to the guest by email/SMS), but unfortunately it is tedious to enter the data outside the house and hope that you get a code card. The programming of the television was catastrophic (encrypted channels, etc.), the blinds for a sloping roof window could not be lowered.

Terrible. I had booked a room on the second floor but instead I found myself in the basement. toiletries practically non-existent far from the center because on foot it takes a lot of time to get to the attractions and to get to restaurants or pubs. With €30 more I would have stayed in a better hotel and closer to the centre.

Sind so gegen 17 Uhr im Hotel angekommen. Sind dann direkt raus und so gegen 21 Uhr zurück gekommen. Haben dann festgestellt das im Bad schwarzer Schimmel sind befindet siehe Bilder. Brause der Dusche auch gebrochen. TV ohne Empfang. Daraufhin habe ich eine Email an das Hotel geschickt da die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Ca 1 Stunde später hat man mich versuch Tel zu erreichen. Haben da aber schon geschlafen da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen sind. Am nächsten Tag wollte mich dann vertrösten das man sich eine Stunde später bemüht hat. Für mich war das nicht in Ordnung da man mit den Schimmel und der Braus keine Abhilfen angeboten hat. Nicht mal eine Entschädigung angeboten. Keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite!!! Einerseits liegt das Hotel offensichtlich direkt an einem zentralen Verkehrsknotenpunkt (Kreisel, an dem sich zwei große Hauptstraßen kreuzen), zum anderen scheint die Gegend bei der hiesigen Partyszene äußerst beliebt zu sein, so dass sich jede Nacht eine Geräuschkulisse wie auf dem Zeltplatz eines großen Open-Air-Festivals bot (zusätzlich zum bereits erwähnten Verkehr!). Parkplätze in der Straße sind Mo.-Fr. von 9:00 - 19:00 Kostenpflichtig und kosten 8€/Tag
