這酒店在老城裡麪，麥當勞旁邊。地點當然方便但收這樣價錢絕對沒有必要住在老城。城外酒店多的是+性價比高。房間偏小，雖然有個小露天地方二平米，沒有用，太泠也不會坐在外面. 最惱人就是接待處在6樓，登記好再下樓進房間。上上落落，電梯又慢。下次不會再來住。

Perfect city hotel, located just in the middle of everything. Rooms are stylish, the personnel very friendly. We have tried both the breakfast, which was very good with local products, and the bar in the evening, which seems to be quite popular and good. The hotel is situated in the pedestrian street, but the next parking is just 5 minutes away, and in the morning you can drive directly to the hotel to pick up the luggage if needed. We enjoyed our weekend there and will come back.

Perfect location. Right in the centre of the old town. Small balcony in each room. Comfortable bed. A nice welcome drink. Super prompt service. delivered a fan to us at night within minutes of us calling Some rooms don't have a door to the shower - that's the only thing I would suggest you watch out for Views from the rooms are cute too

The location is very good, in the center, close to the restaurants and shops. Parking garage is 10 minutes walk and there’s a discount for guests. Rooms are small but it is normal in such hotel in the center of an old city. We had a nice patio attached to the room. Not very useful but nice. Staff was very very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very basic. In my opinion, black lavatory seat isn’t the best idea for an hotel room. Except for the great staff, it was ‘only’ OK.

A decent stay in Innsbruck. Best location, yes, but rooms are so small (and we reserved a large room) and the noise from the pedestrian street below lasts well into the night. Plus, street construction - SUPER LOUD - starting minutes before 6am. Impossible! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. RATINGS: Bed - 9. Very comfortable with nice duvets. Quiet - 4. TOO MUCH NOISE!! Wasn’t hotel noise, but street noise. Shower - 8. Good water pressure with nice hair/body wash. Small towels. Location - 10. Excellent to do and see everything. BONUS POINT +1. Safety - 10. Felt very safe at all times. Cleanliness - 8 Desk Staff - 10. Very good. Young staff, but very nice and helpful. BONUS POINT +1. Spaciousness - 5. As said, a very small room. I understand European standards, but I rate on room size. Heat or AC - 5. No AC. Room certainly warms up during the day and if you leave the window open, it’s quite loud. Food / Breakfast - 10. Met all of our breakfast needs. Really good! Good coffee and great selection of breakfast options including eggs to order. TOTAL - 81 / B Overall, the small room, noise, and lack of controlled temperature in the room would keep us from staying here again.

An absolutely wonderful hotel ideally situated in the old town of Innsbruck. The hotel offers bed and a superb breakfast there is no restaurant for evening meals but many wonderful places close by. The hotel does have an amazing roof top bar offering a fabulous cocktail list. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Comfort and cleanliness in the the rooms to the excellent friendly/attentive service from the staff. We have just had the best time. Thanks to all at the Weisses Kreuz we will be back. Stayed for 3 nights in a large room, costing £525 in total room only. Great location in the old town, by the Golden Roof, very close to everything we wanted to see. Congress station to reach the ski resorts , mountain peak etc is 5-10 minutes walk away. Hotel throughout is very clean. Room was attended to every day. Employees very friendly and helpful and gave us a welcome drink each and coffees as we were waiting for our taxi to the airport on leaving. Bottle of water left in the room, free safe, slippers in the room. (No dressing gown). Small issues for feedback - Our large room did not look like the one on the website, we did query and they said same size but like all hotels put the nicest one online. Ours was an accessibility room, which wasn’t needed but understand someone had to have it, there was a seat in the shower and shower curtains which didn’t reach around so made it all wet. Lack of power points in the room. There were 2 luggage rack tables, one would be sufficient and then in place I’d recommend a small dressing table as there’s no where to sit where there’s a plus and mirror to do hair & make up. Rooms are quite hot, with fan system not working due to time of year I assume, if open windows very loud so night time can either be hot or loud … when shut they do block out all external. Not the hotels fault but room above had small children so 2 of the 3 early morning we were awakened by running around and jumping, Rooms are quite tired, I think it said renovated 2017 so possibly due refreshing. Lift gets very busy as quite small, as the bar is on the 6th floor and popular with non residents, also where reception is based, so can wait a few times as it passes up and down before free for your floor. Despite the small issues which is constructive criticism not a complaint, we did enjoy our stay overall. Innsbruck is a beautiful city and highly recommend a visit.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Amazing staff - extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful with so many delicious choices. Very personal service. Location is walkable to everything. Boutique hotel with cool amenities. The craft cocktails at the bar on top floor were amazing! Would highly recommend!

Such a friendly welcome and service- we'd like to thank all the team for their help throughout our stay. The reception team helped us book restaurants and looked after all our needs. The hotel is perfectly situated and is a beautiful place to stay in Innsbruck- thank you!

A stylish oasis on the busiest block in town, with incredibly warm service and great value. Recent renovations were so thoughtful- everything was in top form, and it was hard to choose a hotel room on the website because they all looked so unique and fabulous. Check in was easy, complete with a welcome drink and recommendations for local cuisine for dinner, and my room was clean and as expected, with a balcony overlooking the back of the hotel, very quiet.

The Altstadthotel Weißess Kreuz is a good hotel in the historical centre of Innsbruck, in the Herzog Friedrich Straße. It's in an ancient and splendid building which has been completely renovated. It's a peaceful place, with the exception of the reception and the bar area. The building is apparently soundproof, so that one hears no noise in the bedrooms. These are at first sight quite suitable to have a good stay there, but unfortunately there are no tables in them. Leaving that deficiency aside, one could say that the rooms are comfortable. Nevertheless, the stated deficiency determines, as far as I am concerned, a different opinion on the rooms and indirectly on the hotel at large, inasmuch as for me the table is an essential element in the hotel bedrooms. When I realised that there was no table in the room I had been allocated, I asked the receptionist with whom I had done the booking kindly to change the room and so allocate me another one with a table. She said that none of the rooms in that hotel had a table. I was dumbfounded at such an answer. It was the first time I was in an expensive higher rank hotel in the rooms of which there wasn't a table. The mentioned receptionist kindly said furthermore that if I needed a table to work on the computer I could use one by the front desk, in the breakfast area. I accepted that kind offer, but unfortunately it turned out not to be a good solution for the stated problem. That breakfast area is also the hotel bar, and in the evening one has to bear a poor quality music at a high volume. Of course it's impossible to concentrate in such distressing conditions. In addition to that, the light there isn't bright enough to work without getting a headache. Therefore, I had no option but give up. The staff members are very kind and helpful. The receptionist referred to helped me a lot with my baggage upon my arrival at the hotel. The other staff members with whom I dealt with, particularly at breakfast time, were also kind and diligent. There was an Argentinian lady who showed herself even friendly. The breakfast is varied and abundant. Everything is of a high quality. The pastry is still warm at breakfast time and the orange juice is natural. The only drawback as to the breakfast refers to the tables, insofar as just one or two are high enough for having that meal with no need to bend the belly. In some people, the fact of not being able to eat with the chest straight up may be harmful for their health. By and large therefore, It can be affirmed that the Altstadthotel Weißess Kreuz in Innsbruck is a good hotel. Notwithstanding that, the lack of tables in the rooms makes it be below the standards. If there were tables in the bedrooms and attention were paid to some other details in order to improve the comfort conditions, it would be perfect.

A beautiful boutique Hotel in Innsbruck’s old town. A wonderful mix of modern design combined with traditional Austrian heritage. Excellent and sumptuous breakfast buffet with freshly cooked hot breakfast. Our room 501 was very nice designed with a large shower and double wash basins. The room was a bit warm and we opened the windows at night for cooler air. The noise from outside was a bit loud. So we suggest you keep the windows shut. Parking is a 5 minute walk. We would stay here again and we shall add the hotel to our design and travel guide.

Arrived Christmas Eve - everywhere was busy - relax have a welcome drink while waiting to register. They had lockers for luggage until check-in time. Hotel is right in the center of town - right between the Christmas tree and Christmas Market. Friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Just a few steps to the Golden Roof and less than 100 meters to public transportation, very easy to explore any place in Innsbruck. There are many restaurants and cafes near by. It's newly renovated, the design and colors are attractive, room is very clean. The mountain view from balcony was very nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
