Check-in at this boutique hotel was a breeze. We booked two rooms: an "apartment" with no views and a double room with stunning mountain views. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and the location in this charming small town adds to its appeal. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers were excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, beautifully served with high-end produce and exceptional service. Overall, it was a delightful stay in a lovely boutique hotel.

There is an excellent breakfast at this hotel, which is about 10-15 minutes walk from the heart of the city. Car parking is available. Our room was nice and spacious. The main problem was the early-morning noise; our room was right on the street and the trams trundle past from 6am. The bin men also came at around that time, so we were woken up early ever day. Recommend that you ask for a room away from the street

We enjoyed this hotel and its location. We were able to walk from the train station, although it took about 20 minutes and it was very convenient to tram lines we were using. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with extremely helpful staff. The front desk staff was also helpful. We were staying on our own before joining a bicycle trip in the Dolomites. When I say the dark, noisy hotel where the others in out group stayed prior to the bike trip, I was so glad that we had chosen better.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Good room lighting. Nice and clean sauna facilities. Excellent breakfast buffet. Cons: Insufficient noise isolation from other guest rooms. Bathroom no towel hooks beside washbasin. No fridge in room. No bathroom heating, had to ask for electric heater. Too expensive for value received.

Facing a quiet little park and just a few minutes by tram to the railway station and the old town this is a relaxing and convenient choice, whether you are in Innsbruck on business or as a tourist. All facilities are up-to-date and meticulously maintained, and the staff are as professional and helpful as one would expect in a hotel of this standard. A special mention goes to the breakfast room staff who were exceptionally kind and welcoming (and serve excellent breakfasts).

Total surprise. Good location (near the train station and a nice walk or tram ride to the old town with a park right out front for kids to run around). Unassuming building and lobby (with a fun game table my kids really enjoyed) and a very tasty elegant breakfast. But the rooms are what we loved the most. Spacious, Scandinavian/natural design with really comfy beds.

Made use of very nice small studio. Teabags and coffee cups for one day provided. Location next to large park, close to train station and about 10 min walk to city centre. If staying longer than one day, parking hotel available (but costs 20 euro); otherwise park on street (no more than 3 hrs allowed during payable hours).

The service at Leipziger Hof far exceeded our expectations. The staff provided excellent guidance about public transportation and cable cars. This was a hiking and conference trip for us. Breakfast was outstanding.
