Binders Budget City-Mountain Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is very small. The receptionist's service is very poor and his attitude is very bad. The bathroom is very small.I accidentally spilled water on the floor. They didn't provide floor felt, so the floor was wet, and they thought it was a big problem. I washed the clothes, but they said they couldn't wash clothes. They said it was a hotel, not an apartment, so they couldn't wash clothes. This was the first time I had happened. There were many things that I couldn't do, but they didn't write them down. I took a shower twice, and they asked me why I took a shower twice? It's really crazy! I accidentally sounded the alarm when I took a shower. They thought it was a big problem. They told me to check out immediately tomorrow and not to stay there again. The attitude was very bad. I will never stay in this hotel again. It's really a crazy hotel. Terrible staff, had a sense of being cheated. Poor handling of customers. The room was unmade when I arrived; and when I brought this up to the receptionist, they promised to refund my breakfast. They haven’t done so. It doesn’t feel good dealing with dishonest people.

Really offensive experience. When I arrived the bed was unmade (no bedsheets etc.) I brought this up to the attention of the receptionist who said as a result of this incovenience my breakfast cost would be refunded. This was not done, and when I wrote up to follow up on this commitment the staff made, BinderS refused to follow through on this commitment. I find that the hotel would lie in this way and walk back a commitment truly atrocious.

The room was ok. The bathroom was not. The whole room was under water after taking a shower. It smelled badly after using sink or shower. The sink did not drain. Breakfast was fine . Be prepared to clean up after you have eaten.

Great for what we payed for it! We had an amazing view of the mountains and the bed was super comfy. Could do with some fluffier pillows though, as we got slight neck ache. The room was very clean and had a good amount of storage space and a nice modern bathroom. Be sure to get your welcome card from reception if you are staying for more than 2 nights as you get free public transport! Only downside was the luggage storage that it offered, it was not secure luggage storage as we just got told to leave it in the restaurant, where it wasn’t being watched and not behind a locked door. If you want secure luggage storage then this isn’t the place for you, but it is a good cheap place only w 15 minute bus/tram from the centre.
