I placed reservations for this hotel twice, and for both times they cancelled my reservation with no given reason. However, they charged me and they are refusing to give me my money back. I understand the fee might be non-refundable but I was not the one that cancelled the reservation!!! This hotel is a SCAM stay away from it.

Terrible staff, had a sense of being cheated. Poor handling of customers. The room was unmade when I arrived; and when I brought this up to the receptionist, they promised to refund my breakfast. They haven’t done so. It doesn’t feel good dealing with dishonest people.

Really offensive experience. When I arrived the bed was unmade (no bedsheets etc.) I brought this up to the attention of the receptionist who said as a result of this incovenience my breakfast cost would be refunded. This was not done, and when I wrote up to follow up on this commitment the staff made, BinderS refused to follow through on this commitment. I find that the hotel would lie in this way and walk back a commitment truly atrocious.

Our attic room on the top floor was tiny, with low ceilings. Oddly, the bathroom was about the same size as the bedroom. So, a tiny room for a budget price; what you expect. But what did lift the experience was the service. The staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and thought of everything. The customer service was better than I have experienced in hotels that are twice the price.

The room was ok. The bathroom was not. The whole room was under water after taking a shower. It smelled badly after using sink or shower. The sink did not drain. Breakfast was fine . Be prepared to clean up after you have eaten.

Great for what we payed for it! We had an amazing view of the mountains and the bed was super comfy. Could do with some fluffier pillows though, as we got slight neck ache. The room was very clean and had a good amount of storage space and a nice modern bathroom. Be sure to get your welcome card from reception if you are staying for more than 2 nights as you get free public transport! Only downside was the luggage storage that it offered, it was not secure luggage storage as we just got told to leave it in the restaurant, where it wasn’t being watched and not behind a locked door. If you want secure luggage storage then this isn’t the place for you, but it is a good cheap place only w 15 minute bus/tram from the centre.

Minimalist hotel with tiny rooms and very few amenities. Public street parking only. Staff was adequate, but not overly cordial. The small room was clean but didn't offer any extra comforts. We felt a bit misled by the travel site we used to book everything. Left us longing for an upgrade with a bit more going on. Great for someone on a tight budget and definitely built for a younger crowd.

I stayed 4 nights and was very happy with this budget hotel. Extremely clean, everything you need in the well-designed compact rooms. I’d definitely choose this place again - very reasonably priced. I made my own breakfast as I’m vegan and this, like many hotels, still haven’t got their heads around breakfast for vegans!
