This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is very small. The receptionist's service is very poor and his attitude is very bad. The bathroom is very small.I accidentally spilled water on the floor. They didn't provide floor felt, so the floor was wet, and they thought it was a big problem. I washed the clothes, but they said they couldn't wash clothes. They said it was a hotel, not an apartment, so they couldn't wash clothes. This was the first time I had happened.
There were many things that I couldn't do, but they didn't write them down. I took a shower twice, and they asked me why I took a shower twice? It's really crazy! I accidentally sounded the alarm when I took a shower. They thought it was a big problem. They told me to check out immediately tomorrow and not to stay there again. The attitude was very bad. I will never stay in this hotel again. It's really a crazy hotel. This hotel left me with very bad memories

We stayed at the hotel over night only as we were travel with a car in the area. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and the room is very clean, but also very small and the bad is very smal looks more like a batcler size then couple size. There is no fridge or safe in the room. There is no free wifi only Mac station at the loby and wirless cost one Ero pere hour pere device. I.E if u have laptop and cell phone u will need to pay 2 Euro per.

I placed reservations for this hotel twice, and for both times they cancelled my reservation with no given reason. However, they charged me and they are refusing to give me my money back. I understand the fee might be non-refundable but I was not the one that cancelled the reservation!!! This hotel is a SCAM stay away from it.

Terrible staff, had a sense of being cheated. Poor handling of customers. The room was unmade when I arrived; and when I brought this up to the receptionist, they promised to refund my breakfast. They haven’t done so. It doesn’t feel good dealing with dishonest people.

Really offensive experience. When I arrived the bed was unmade (no bedsheets etc.) I brought this up to the attention of the receptionist who said as a result of this incovenience my breakfast cost would be refunded. This was not done, and when I wrote up to follow up on this commitment the staff made, BinderS refused to follow through on this commitment. I find that the hotel would lie in this way and walk back a commitment truly atrocious.

Our attic room on the top floor was tiny, with low ceilings. Oddly, the bathroom was about the same size as the bedroom. So, a tiny room for a budget price; what you expect. But what did lift the experience was the service. The staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and thought of everything. The customer service was better than I have experienced in hotels that are twice the price.

The room was ok. The bathroom was not. The whole room was under water after taking a shower. It smelled badly after using sink or shower. The sink did not drain. Breakfast was fine . Be prepared to clean up after you have eaten.
