The parking lot 🅿️ is located underground in the commercial center opposite the hotel. I asked twice to find it. We had a very comfortable stay in a triple room overlooking the mountains and the gardens and houses and apartments at the back of the hotel. It was quiet at night, and we all slept comfortably. The room is well proportioned for a family of three. My only quibble is that the beds could do with more than one pillow per person; and a coffee/tea station is need for the price that is charged per night. The bar downstairs is very nice for an evening drink. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to all amenities. I can't vouch for the breakfast as we didn't book breakfast, and we went to the local cafe Ruetz around the corner on the little square which is fabulous.

The transportation is very convenient, just next to the train station, and the attractions are all within walking distance. The sound insulation is very good, you will not hear the noisy people and cars downstairs, a good experience!!

I stayed here for 3 nights, reception is only staffed between 3 and 7, I arrived by train at 12 so I left my luggage in the station lockers for 3hrs. I would say this was quite a basic hotel, it had a TV but no fridge, tea making facilities, safe or hairdryer. The breakfast was ok, bread rolls, croissants, meat, cheese, boiled egg, cereals, coffee, fruit juices. My pillow was very soft so I requested a second pillow via the booking app which they duly obliged the next day. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train/bus station and also to the old town, however it is on a busy street, the traffic noise was not an issue but the groups of people talking loudly on the street at 3am was. This happened on 2 of the 3 nights I stayed.

Coming back to this wonderful hotel always brings us warm feeling. Start from check in with Ms. Maria who remembers us and was so helpful and attentive. The room was excellent and the view was spectacular. Innsbruck always close to our hearts. Mr.Deniz was very kind to us and we felt so loved . It is a hotel with a very good location next to the train station. There are many convenience stores inside the train station. I traveled to visit the festive Christmas market within walking distance. And likewise, the city is not big when staying at this hotel. You can take a walking tour to see the Innes River. and pastel-colored buildings conveniently Including various tourist attractions, it is easy to walk. Plus, the view from the bedroom of the snow-capped mountains is very beautiful. The staff were very nice, good service, most impressive.

The Alphotel Innsbruck is probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed at! But we had no choice since we were on a tour package and this was the hotel that Gate1 chose for our itinerary. We weren't the only tour members who did not have a good stay at this hotel. Our tour group had a long day and we were scheduled to arrive late so we were all pretty tired when we arrived. Unfortunately the room we were assigned to didn't even look or feel exceptionally clean and I'm surprised I didn't take photos of the room! Comparing posted photos of the rooms on TA our room looked much older and didn't even have a real chair, but only one of those small round ottomans. And that ottoman was dirty and stained, so we didn't want to sit on that! The bedspread had that ”ick” factor, so we removed it but at least the sheets were clean. Carpet looked grungy so we made sure to wear our slippers and not walk barefoot on it. Regret not taking pictures of the room now. We've stayed at hotels with older or ”tired” decor but they were at least neat and clean, but not at this hotel! Now the ”fun” part was our bathroom door. I was getting ready to take a shower and went into the bathroom, but wanted to use my own soap and toiletries, so I went out of the bathroom and my husband (who was standing in front of the bathroom, looking at the closet or something right across from the bathroom) shut the opaque glass bathroom door. I went back to the bathroom and tried to open the door and it was locked! It was one of those simple privacy type locks where there's usually a pinhole that you can usually press and it'll pop open. Unfortunately, there was no pinhole but a screw so I tried twisting the screw but the door remained locked. Husband tried but it kept turning and he didn't have any tools so he called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up. The maintenance guy looked at the door and tried twisting the screw with the same results and said he needed to go get his tools. He returned with his small toolbox and tried several screwdrivers, with no luck. Then he tried using a small drill to remove the screw and still couldn't get the door unlocked. Meanwhile, we were sitting on the bed and watching tv since there was nothing else we could do. I texted our friends who were also traveling in the tour group and assigned to the room right next door to let them know what was happening. And to apologize to them for the loud racket, as the maintenance guy went and got his large power drill and was basically removing the entire door knob and panel. So the guy had to destroy the whole door knob panel because the door lock screw or nut inside the panel was probably stripped and couldn't unlock or open the door; so if I was on the other side of the door I would have been stuck in the bathroom! Other hotel guests across the hall were opening their doors to find out what the loud racket and noises and disturbance was. This whole problem took the poor m

Unexpectedly good. I am used to the monotonous light gold or gray decoration of chain hotels, and the decoration is simple. When I first entered this hotel, I was not used to the pink and blue everywhere. I was worried that the pleasing design would reduce the service quality. As a result, it turned out to be the most comfortable hotel in the 12-day business trip. The room was very clean, cleaned and changed towels every day. Water and capsule coffee were replenished every day. Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion were not bad, with natural plant fragrance. I booked it on the second day of my stay, and they also helped to coordinate the room without changing it, and gave me a city card that can be used for public transportation. The location is not far from the main railway station, the old city commercial street, and the inn river area in the north. It is very convenient. Sit in the small garden for a while, order food and drink, and the service is very thoughtful. I went through a lot of trouble for my own travel, and this trouble is worth it. Here you feel at home immediately! At the reception, at the bar, at the restaurant always friendly staff. The owners are also on site and live customer care pax excellence! My 4th time in this area for skiing on Stubai Glacier. This hotel probably offers the best value you can get in the entire valley.  It is modern, clean and very comfortable. Staff is super friendly and communicative.  I had booked the cheapest room they offer, and it  looks much better in reality than on the website pictures. It is very spacious , has a comfortable bathroom and separate toilet.  Glass wall to the balkony offers views that will take your breath away. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Hotel has a great SPA worthy of a 5+ star hotel with 4 types of sauna and a medium size pool with stunning views. Again the SPA area should be photographed better as in reality it looks much better than photos I saw on Booking. If you dont mind a little driving to skiing areas, this hotel is an awesome choice to spend luxury time and relax after time on the mountains. I will most certainly try to return and can recommend it with clear conscience to anyone.
