"The hotel is comfortable and the location is also good, although at the beginning it is a little difficult to find, however, this is relatively close to Furong Ancient Town. The hotel has a 24-hour lift and reception service, that's very good because you can stay to late in the tourist area. It is also easy to find a taxi from there.
I think it's the perfect middle point between the tourist area and the train station. Each room has its small WiFi module. In the photos the bathroom appears as Western, but it's actually Chinese style.
Finally, the owner and owner of the hotel are extremely friendly, if you have any problems are careful to solve it."

"The boss is super good! The high-speed rail station package pick-up and drop-off, Furong Town Scenic Area also package pick-up. On the first night, we lost in the Furong Town Scenic Area. We came out late and the boss came to pick it up. It was more than the rest time. I was sorry. The rafting is very fun, and the performance in Furong Town Scenic Area is also very beautiful. "Free pick-up: The boss picks up for free, arrives at 9:30 in the evening, and the boss picks up in time. I also helped a lot when I left the store the next day. It was difficult to take a taxi online here. There were a lot of people at the bus station who were out of the car. It took time to pull the luggage and walk there. Thanks to the boss for sending it.

GGuest UserTv did not work in my room, was moved to another one for a night while they fixed it. However tv didn’t work there either. Wifi is poor as well. The service was great tho. I was gifted tea for the inconveniences and the room was cleaned with fresh water and towels daily. In my experience, I thought the hot water was broken, turns out it just needs 10 minutes before it gets warm, same with the sink. View from the hotell is superb. And the breakfast you get, noodles with coffee, tea, fruits and bread was an excellent start to any day. I would recommend the place, but not for extended periods of time, you should also lower your expectations a bit from what is showed on the site.

GGuest UserHonestly, this was one of the warmest hotel experiences I’ve had in China. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help me with everything — from prebooking the scenic area ticket (at a discount!) to arranging a smooth free pickup based on my train arrival time.
They even upgraded my room for free to one with a great mountain view. Throughout my stay, they helped me explore the area and even told me about the evening cultural show in the village — which was amazing, and I would’ve totally missed it if they hadn’t mentioned it.
In the morning, when I said I couldn’t eat pork, they quickly prepared a special noodle dish just for me and helped point out the other pork-free options. They also arranged my departure taxi without any hassle.
The location is great too — just a few minutes’ walk to the waterfall. Overall, such kind people and a genuinely pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay in Furong Town! I’m not a fan of “inn-style” rooms so it was really nice to find a hotel in the town where the rooms were modern, clean and huge. I was picked up and dropped off at the train station and they even brought me some amazing noodles in the morning for breakfast before my early flight. It’s in a really great location too making it easy to get to and from it. I didn’t choose a couple other options bc I had two pieces of luggage and I didn’t want to haul them up/down tons of steps in town. Found a nice restaurant on the other side of the river with amazing views of the waterfall for pictures and videos. And then I got to sleep peacefully at the hotel. (Also, the rooms have a face recognition software which I thought was super cool. As well as the smart projector and assistant in the room) definitely recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff is polite in they do what they can to help you they were very kind to us they gave us free rides from the train station and back to the train station. We had a problem getting the Heat to work and they helped us with it they don't speak any English but they use telephone translators. If you need a lift I don't recommend this hotel we were on the fourth floor and it was difficult caring the bags up and down the stairs however they did send a boy up to help with the heavy bag the hotel is quite expensive for what it is and the small town is cute but the food at the restaurants is 2 times the cost of normal Chinese prices and you have to pay 60 cny to enter the town so that makes everything very expensive it's basically a cute tourist trap. Oh by the way they're delicious breakfast is very good in the morning

KKitKat555I really enjoyed staying here. Affordable price, great location and friendly, helpful service. The staff picked me up from the train station - he was waiting for me and communicates via wechat, he will help you buy your entry ticket to the scenic area on the way to the inn, he carried my 25kg suitcase up some stairs and wheeled it to my room. Room is as pictured / advertised but bonus that it has a western toilet too - very happy. The view is wonderful, feels like youre in the country village but less than 15min walk to the waterfall scenic area.
I arrived at 12.30pm and explore Furong for about 4hrs including lunch and watched x3 10min performances then went back to the inn for shower and rest. Went out again around 7pm for quick dinner and x2 night shows. The 9pm show in the theatre is really good. Make sure you carry your paper ticket at all times as theres many checkpoints - staff scan qr code on ticket. You can enter/exit as many times as you like within 3 days.
Do stay at a local homestay type place to support the residents here. Its a great experience and a nice change from hotels. Honest! Its also a great way to immerse yourself with the people when travelling through China.

EElizabeth CowleyThis place was so clean and had a great location! It was around the corner from the entrance to furong ancient Town and there was also a coffee shop and supermarket near by. The owners took me to the train station for free too, I did try to add them on we chat to see if they could pick me up as i got into furong very late, but they didnt add me, luckily there were taxis outside 🙏😊 The lady is so friendly as took me straight to the ticket counter when I arrived!

VVaiFurong Ancient Town isn’t accessible by car in its main attraction area, as the town is beautifully built along a river that flows into a majestic waterfall. This B&B is perfectly located, about a 5-minute stroll from the main car park, and sits right next to the riverside.
Depending on the room you book, you may be treated to river views and even a partial view of the waterfall. We were lucky to have both. However, it’s worth noting that some inner rooms don’t have any views, so it’s best to confirm when booking.
The B&B also has a convenient adjoining restaurant. You can dine indoors or head up to the rooftop open-air seating area, which offers a stunning panoramic view of the town and river, perfect for a relaxed meal with a scenic backdrop.
Rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The owner is incredibly helpful. We arranged our arrival via Trip.com message chat, and he kindly waited for us at the Furong Railway Station to pick us up.
One thing to note, depending on your preferences, is the presence of bars nearby. There’s live music and a lively atmosphere in the evening, which can be a plus if you enjoy a drink or two with some music. However, if you value peace and quiet, the sound might be noticeable until it winds down around 11 PM. As with most ancient towns these days, nightlife has become part of the experience. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or consider booking a room away from the main area.
Overall, a great stay in an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis hotel provides free shuttle service from Fenghuang highspeed railway station. Upon arriving, lady boss came to the main entrance of the scenic area to pick us up. We had to drag our heavy luggage about 100m to reach the hotel. It was well located inside the scenic area. Very quiet at night and we wouldn’t be disturbed by the tourists at all. Our room is located on the highest floor with a balcony overseeing the view of Furong town. Our room came with a mahjong table and we fully utilised it at night before sleeping. Room was clean. Lady boss also assisted us to book shuttle taxi to the railway station the next working day (self paid). Overall, would recommend this hotel for those who preferred quieter space.

SSurajRA beautiful hotel in traditional Chinese style with stunning views of the waterfalls. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with easier access, perfectly suited for our big suitcases. They also arranged convenient pick-up and drop-off services, provided a detailed map of the area, and highlighted the must-see shows nearby. The free breakfast was authentically Chinese, featuring boiled eggs, steamed buns, noodles, a leaf-wrapped sweet dish, and local tea. Overall, our experience here was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
