MM11168****What a delightful surprise this inn was! The owner's passion for life and meticulous care are clearly evident in the beautiful garden, teeming with succulents and vibrant fresh flowers. Its location right outside Changping Valley is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk away. The ground floor features a restaurant offering delicious food and trendy, 'internet-famous' coffees. During our two-night stay, we ended up eating three meals here! The yogurt flatbread was exceptionally good, and the mushroom hotpot and matsutake fried rice were also excellent. Their rose latte and highland barley latte are fantastic too, and often available through group purchase deals. We felt completely at home here. We'll definitely choose this inn again on our next visit to Mount Siguniang!

JJinny LS LIMThe location is very convenient. The boss and the wife are very friendly. As soon as you walk in, your eyes are really bright. The design of the B&B is very stylish and thoughtful, and it is neat and tidy. I am especially grateful to the wife for getting up early to prepare a delicious breakfast - hot steamed buns. , rice porridge and butter tea with live performance. I will definitely come again if I have the opportunity.

A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin
We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here.
What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family.
The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air.
As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay.
Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy.
And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place.
When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special.
For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. Please be healthy, rest well, sleep early, and I hope your business soars high above the sky!

小金县的一片天堂 ——
我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。
这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。
酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。
作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。
如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。
还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。
当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。

GGuest UserThe room is clean and has floor heating. There are also electric blankets and plenty of blankets to keep you warm. You can see the mountains while lying on the bed. There is always hot water at the front desk to drink some hot water. It is really comfortable. The two young guys at the front desk are really nice and we are not familiar with them. I asked them all and they would patiently tell me about this trip. We didn’t have to drive and they would drop us off nearby. Thank you very much🙏

The service was attentive and thoughtful, the front desk was friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were modern and smart (the robot delivery was super convenient). The location in the city center is great, with plenty of food and shopping nearby, and the breakfast was varied. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

ตตุ๊กตาหมีสีขาวTraveling with an 8-year-old daughter, the owner of the hotel took very good care of us from the day we checked in. We arrived at 10 a.m. and let us enter the room first. The room was clean. At night, the air was cold, so they turned on the heater. They recommended places to visit and provided convenience. Even though they couldn't speak English, they were able to communicate using the app. They always called taxis for us no matter where we went. The day before we returned, we ran out of cash, so they let us exchange money without charging us. In the morning, they brought snacks for our daughter, similar to pizza dough baked in a charcoal oven, no toppings, but delicious.

The room is so clean, hot water for showering works all the time. The owner are so kind. I stay for 3 night and always refill with drink water, tissue, soap and shampoo. Modern toilet.. incredible!!!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel early to participate in the Yunjian Huajing cross-country race in Siguniang Mountain. After arriving at the hotel, I found that the large windows facing the street had a really good view. I could see the horses running freely at the intersection and the green hillside. The big brother and sister in charge of hotel management were also very enthusiastic and responded to the requests in a timely manner. It is about 700 to 800 meters away from the cross-country race venue, Siguniang Mountain Outdoor Activities Management Center, which is about 10 minutes' walk, which is acceptable. Overall, it is still a good hotel with good value for money.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is about 800 meters from the park. The ground floor is a restaurant. This area is a restaurant and a hotel on the upper floors on both sides of the road. There are not many. If you stay here and have time left, there is nothing to walk around here. It will be boring. Walking to the park is not far, but there are only some pedestrian paths on the side of the road. On the way there, the owner will drop you off. On the way back, if you call a taxi, it costs 10 yuan per person. There is no Didi here. The room turns on the floor heater at 6:00 p.m. at the most 23 degrees, making the room warmer. The owner can only speak Chinese, but he helps with everything, including calling a car to pick you up on the way back to Chengdu. The food downstairs, the stir-fried vegetables taste good. The room next to the road is quite noisy when cars pass by, but you can sleep. The bedroom is clean. Breakfast is a bowl of noodles for 20 yuan.

The hotel is in a good location, clean, and you can get hot water yourself. There are restaurants and supermarkets on both sides. I especially want to commend the front desk lady Qingtian. I booked a business car back to Chengdu, but since I forgot about it, I asked the lady for help. Five minutes later, she helped me get another car, and it only took the two of us sisters! She also reminded me to pay attention to the driver not to rush. Then the driver was also super nice, stopping along the way to take pictures for us! I highly recommend the service attitude of Miss Qingtian!
