"The hotel in the town is not big but it will be fine."

"The entire guesthouse is well designed, clean, and the experience is wonderful. As a five-star hotel manager with over 20 years of experience, I'd like to offer a few suggestions. I may not be fully accustomed to them, so they're for reference only. 1. The towel rack is installed in the shower stall. Once I put my towel in, it got soaked. Firstly, both sets of towels were soaked, making it inconvenient to use. Secondly, the person showering could only use the wet towel. This design is flawed. It could be placed under the basin with a partition to create more space. 2. The lighting at the stairwell is bright and beautiful, but it was still on until after 8:00 the next morning when I returned from a run. It's a bit energy-consuming. Energy management is crucial in hotel operations. Consider automatic light on/off technology and timed on/off management. 3. The shampoo and shower gel in the provided bathroom are difficult to open. I, a grown man, struggled with the button, but it didn't open. I just unscrewed the lid and poured it out. Before the guest asks, all room attendants should be service-minded when providing services and test whether they are convenient for the guest. The small, five-piece packaging for toothbrushes and other items is no longer wasteful; consider simple, economical packaging made of mainstream materials. 4. There are indeed many plants in the park, but they should be pruned and maintained regularly. 5. The WiFi password is located above the two water bottle holders, making it a bit difficult to find. I couldn't find it until I called the front desk. 6. The staff didn't proactively greet guests. A hotel shouldn't just have good facilities, but also excellent service. I'm also from my hometown. I went back this time and saw that my hometown is developing quite well. I booked this hotel on Ctrip and saw a 4.6 rating. It's not easy to achieve this. I hope you all continue to do better."
