The location is good. The room is nice. But the receptionist that checked me in was not at all friendly. She didn’t give me the complimentary water. When I asked another receptionist the next day, she apologized and gave me the water. After I checked out, I saw a charge for the “complimentary” water. That is unprofessional and wrong. If they do not want to give complimentary water, they should just tell me when I was there. Do not charge guest’s credit card without their consent. Disappointed. Do not recommend. Hilton should use this feedback to improve their staffs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room has a smell to it, but thank God we travel with Frebreeze and Lysol. There was excessive stumping and walking over our heads and finally, on the day of exit, one of the cleaning people tried to walk in our room at 9:00AM, Checkout is at 11:00AM, hello!!!
The Good rating was based off of the staff and overall cleanliness of the property.

Excellent staff.
The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms could’ve been a little better cleaned but overall, we were very happy with our experience. The bed was very comfortable and I really like the hotel. Just work on a little bit deeper cleaning of the bathrooms, please.

My name is Natasha Jaramillo we checked in Friday June 6th and checked out June 8th.
I noticed when we got there a paper towel in our microwave with left over grease on it.
Also when we were packing up all of our stuff on Sunday we found a tooth in front of the bed on the floor. Originally we thought it was a rock but looked closer and it was a human tooth.
Wanted to make you all aware of our stay.
