It is of no concern of the desk clerk what the relationship of the guests staying in the room is

We had originally booked a room with two beds one for my mom and one for me. Unfortunately those rooms are on the second floor. My mom uses a walker so needed a main floor room and they were able to give us a king size to share

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was there to run audio for a rodeo in Penhold, so I knew I would need to check out late. No issues, no argument. Thank you. Happy to stay here again.

Could use upgrading & breakfast was all carbs. No fruit or protein. Just an average place. It was clean, but bath tub had a bad repair on part of the surface. Staff were pleasant. With some small upgrades it could be a nice place to stay.

A Beautiful Place
It was okay. Beautiful wood art work on the walls. Appreciated that there was a lounge on site. Really appreciated being able to geta room on short notice. Wished there would have been an elevator.
Some small things that made the maintenance look wanting - used a wood screw to hold the cabinet door for the bar fridge instead of a machine screw.

The towels are very old and in poor condition in the rooms. It was really clean, and the breakfast was ok.

the only thing was the bathroom fan sounded like it needs some TLC and the towels were tiny, but for the price it was perfect for us.

Disappointment was the breakfast. All carbs (toast, cereal and bagels) and no fruit. Would have liked at least bananas, apples or oranges as an option
