Hotel location was good. Rooms and toilets were clean. Room ambience was nice. Staff was very nice. Only one problem was they were not providing towels and soap, shampoo.

There were no electricity in my room it troubled a lot after fixing electricity problem then ac stop working there were no ac facility. They kept me waiting for almost a hour for check in they have allotted my room to someone else and provided me room with no electricity. That's pathetic service.

The hotel was nice and easy to find. The staff was cooperative and friendly, the only thing i disliked was about the hygiene of the room. The room was only tidy but not hygienic i founded multiple dead cockroaches in the room, washroom. Upon cleaning them up i still spotted 1-2 the other day. The room seriously needs pest control at it's earliest. Overall i personally wanted to rate them 2 only.
