Location is out of city. Property is good. Staff is untrained and not very cooperative. Basic things were missing in the property and rooms. However gm is professional and cooperative too. Food is good. If staff gets training this will become v good destination.

It was very badly expensive i was feeling in my whole life. It is very bad hotel no room service and no water supply. Very bad staff roundly give the answer. Not suggesting any one to book this hotel again.

The hotel is very good but your service is very slow, the taste of the food is not as special as the money you take from us. Food is very expensive, food is of no quality and room service is not good at all. Even the staff doesn't have a smile on their face. Many people talk rudely in the reception.

Kept asking for towel but didn't bring it. No sugar, no tea leaves, no coffee, just hot pot in front of you. The plumber comes to their hotel at 8 am and the water in the entire hotel is shut off at 8 am. They charged Rs 252/- for the water which is complimentary in big hotels. 🙏🙏.I booked the hotel knowing that it was outside the city.🙏

Your app is so fraud and we cancel our hotel but because of your app glitch booking was not able to cancel and we have to pay the double charges and nobody from your side helps us. Worst experience and i'm sure that in future i will never book a from your side
