Ginger Hotels, a budget brand under IHCL (the company that owns Taj Hotels), has gradually tried to improve its services, offering slightly better rooms and dining options. However, the pricing has also increased, with tariffs now closer to those of a 3-star hotel, depending on the location. We booked our stay online through a travel portal, which included a 20% discount on food and beverages. When our meal was delivered to the room, I noticed that the discount hadn't been applied and mentioned it in writing. However, during checkout, the front office staff didn’t consider it. Despite showing them the communication about the offer, the staff member claimed ignorance and said she couldn’t apply the discount. This experience was extremely disappointing, one of the worst I’ve had at any Ginger or IHCL property.

Mr. Aman Joshi really is a great professional and his approach towards guests is really good . Ginger hotels have been our choice for all times ... its proximity to corporate offices is worth mentioning... we would like ginger to keep the good work going ... it helps business traveller's like us immensely

The staff at this facility is incredibly supportive, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable. The location is very convenient, situated in a prime area that is easy to access. This makes it simple to get to and from, adding to the overall convenience of the experience. A special mention must be made of Suraj Chaudhary at the reception. He is friendly, professional, and always ready to lend a hand. Suraj’s welcoming attitude and willingness to assist made the check-in process seamless. He answered all my questions with patience and a smile, and his genuine kindness was evident throughout my visit. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and his efforts made a significant positive impact on my experience. Overall, the supportive staff, great location, and the exceptional service provided by Suraj make this place stand out. The attention to detail and care given by the team ensure that guests have a memorable stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
